I usually wear 30DD/28E. I have fairly even breasts with average-wide roots and tallish roots where the tissue thins out over a larger slope on top.

It's probably been years since I last tried a Freya bra, and I was expecting it to be different than my last attempt but it was even worse LOL.
The band on this thing is huge. While I still wear all my old 28E bras, my snug underbust is more of a 29" now, and I could fasten this thing with zero stretching of the band.
The cups are also too large, though not disastrously so. I was surprised at how ok the pictures looked, because the cups are definitely feel too big. There is even gapping at the sides (above the underwire at the side but to the side of the strap) which I don't think I have ever experienced. I wish I had tried this in 26E if that were a size available lol, the band was much too big and I want to order one cup size down.
I wear mostly Cleo and Panache bras, and I have not tried many Freya bras. However I am surprised at how flexible/thin the underwire is. Don't know how it compares to other Freya bras though. Kind of weirds me out lol
The pattern is cute though. I do wish it fit.
