Didn't fit
Oh, so close and yet so far!
Originally, I had been wearing the Safari Perfect Uplift in 32G, and it fit great. The graduated padding gave a nice little boost that helped fill the lack of bottom fullness. (I am 'mostly even/somewhat FoT'.) Now a couple of years later, the band started getting too tight, and uncomfortable to wear all day, and the cups started to quad ever so slightly. For a while it helped to wear it with an extender, but then even that wasn't enough. The quadding became more pronounced. Hence, I tried first going up a band size/down a cup size. The result is the band is perfect, but...
1: the cups are now too wide (sit too far into my underarms);
2: the straps are placed too far apart (cut into my armpits, and the cups buckle and gape with anything less than perfect posture);
3: the gore is too tall (the wires twist as if to try to lay one on top of the other).
* So yes, it appears the cups are still small that I would need to try the 34G; but the 34DDD/F is already too wide.
* Of note, the straps on the 34" band are wider and feel more secure. Both sizes have rows of 3 hooks.
* Bottom line, the difference between band sizes is consistent, but Le Mystere increased cup size by width, making the sizing inconsistent. The cups on the 34" are more shallow than the 32", so there's no point trying the 34G...sigh!Black colorway
