So I went to the Hunkemöller despite knowing they don’t stock my size in the shops, they have a few options online but I wanted to at least try on some sister sizes to have an idea if a certain bra would worth ordering in the first place. The people working there either really have no idea how a bra is supposed to fit or their trained to ignore a terrible just to be able to sell a bra. Anyway I decided to play along with their game of finding a fitting bra and tried on everything they suggested in any size. And I went something like this : here try this 80E I did and complained about the quadboob and that the band felt too loose to feel supported. Their solution: try the same one in 85E. This of course solved the too small cups but did nothing to get me any support. After more terrible fitting bra’s she decided that regular bra’s wouldn’t fit me and went on to give me bralettes in size large. Claiming as they had more hooks in the back so the tightest set would be smaller then the 80 bands. Of course this wasn’t the case and it was so loose the ill fit of the cups were hidden quite well. As a joke I tried to scoop my breasts in but the loose band made only one of them stay scooped. The result hilariously lob sided cleavage and zero support and guess what the person working there declared it a perfect fit.
It is a pretty bralette and for the intended size range it would probably be a nice option. According to their charts the L is for 85BCD and 90ABC which I think is fairly accurate.
