My shape: close set, center full, full on bottom, average/narrow width roots, tall shallow roots, soft tissue.
I wanted to try this bra style out because I had heard it ran small in the band, so I went up a band size from my usual 32" to 34". The band is definitely pretty snug for a 34! It's probably on the shorter side of a true 32" band which feels good on me. The cups are very wide, but not very deep, they seem to fit me okay. The band of fabric at the top is just there for show, doesn't compress anything, so I do get a little bit of cleavage in this bra during upside down movements in yoga.
The straps feel flimsy and very stretchy when compared to all the other sports bras I own. Length-wise, I can adjust them fine for my shoulders.
The wings on this bra are very tall, so the sides of the cup cut into my tail of spence, thus this is definitely not an all-day wear bra. I got red marks both times I wore it during the day.
The support is more suitable for light impact activities, mostly yoga or weightlifting.
