Didn't fit
During my journey to find a bra that fits, I also decided to find a sports bra that fits. I decided to compare the top 3 companies for sports bras recommended on r/ABraThatFits: Panache, Freya, and Shock Absorber. My main goal was to find a sports bra suitable for running. For reference, I'm projected, FOB, center full, narrow roots, petite (4'11"), and normal bra size UK 28F.
I tried to size down to 28E, because my FOB-breasts had too much empty space at the top of the cups for 28F. Unfortunately, the 28E cups were way too small, so I had tissue spilling out on the sides near my armpit that would rub against my arm with any movement, which would be very annoying during exercise. I also found the wires to be too firm for a bra that I intended to run in.
While I felt the band was comfortable and true to size, the wires pressed against my ribs which made it hard to take a deep breath. For my shape, I found the non-wired Panache sports bra to be a better fit and a lot more comfortable for exercising.
