Everything is contained and feels supported. The look is a little flattened, but it’s comfortable and secure for a workout so that’s fine. If Anita made 34I, I would probably exchange for 34I, but H is the largest cup available in this style.

Everything is definitely contained! My breasts are normally a lot more projected, but this is fine for exercise. It does a good job of preventing bounce.
Band is comfortably snug and level.
View from underneath the breast. There is some wrinkling. It’s not uncomfortable so I really don’t mind, but in a non-sports bra, I would definitely need more projection.
Where did my boobs go? LOL. I love this bra for exercise because everything is contained and supported. I don’t think I’ll wear it when I’m not working out, though, because I really do need more room for projection in everyday bras.
