Possible shape mismatch. Gaping at top of cup, underwire was fine but cup itself was too wide/tall for my frame and cut into my armpits at the top and side.

Top of the cup:
Wrinkles, can't quite fill it
Cup's width:
Outer cup cuts into breast tissue in the sides
