I sized up to a 32 on the band. I should have gone a cup size bigger because I have some excess tissue near my armpit area, even after lots and lots of swooping and scooping. Otherwise, this is one of the most comfortable bras I own. I never have issues with the wires poking me in the armpit or sternum, the straps stay put, and the fabric doesn't cause me to feel uncomfortable or itchy. I also like the look of this bra when I wear it under clothes; it keeps me centered and gathers everything in, with a little lift as well.
