Not the most flattering from the front, I suppose, but the bra works as a high impact sports bra, so I'm not complaining. -

I would consider the yellow outlined part to be the cup, while the green part the gore, and the top part just stocks to your body, like clothes or a workout top. -
Cup width is maybe 6 inches -
Cup depth like 9 inches -
Cup height approx 7 inches (I don't consider the very top part -that was highlighted in green) to be a part of the cup. -
Comparing the width of the cup of a 28FF Panache wired sports bra to a 70J/32G Dalia wired sports bra, you can see the width of the cup is about the same, even though the Dalia sports bra is 3 cup sizes bigger! Panache wired sports bras are really wide underwires - that's why I need to explore a Polish brand!! the Polish shape (narrower underwires) is more appropriate for my breast shape. -
Comparing the two cup sizes, Panache wired in 28FF -
Technically it would be 32G UK/32J US size. -

Comparing cups panache is two-part cup vs three-part cup from Dalia -
The fabric used on the edges of the Dalia bra is a bit tougher -
The back is thicker on the Panache (wider and fabric is thicker) -
Marks left after 3-4 hours wear, just wearing the first time. With wear, the band is getting looser, but it still cuts in on the side of my body. -

Kind of a weird picture, but I'm pressing right where the underwires end, and it's right along my breast root, so it's great for a narrow shape.
