Fits perfectly with a non-stretch extender (as expected, I usually wear 28 bands). I CAN fasten it around me, but it does feel quite tight. The cups are a bit too wide for me (or perhaps more outer-full, as I am very center-full), but it's not an issue with wearing. Gore is also just slightly too wide, but also not an issue when wearing. I can imagine I might get quadding at the top/center when I am swollen (currently not very swollen).
