Might be worth trying a 32g or 30h. Band is extremely stretchy. Cup is only 1 horizontal seam, allows my breasts into a wedge shape. The cup is too closed on top, digs in to upper tissue - might be better if my tissue was very firm or if I were FOB.

Cuts into breast tissue (quad boob effect)
Band fit:
The band is definitely too big
