I first ordered the G/H and it fitted v well but I wanted more lift and a perkier silhouette so I thought ordering an E/F might be perfect and add firmer support in the cup.. it did BUT now my boobs spill out over the top slightly and it doesn't feel as supportive in the straps and under band as the G/H ;(
