Wireless, non-padded sports bra from Amazon brand Arabella. It has straps that adjust via little hooks and channels along the front half of the straps. The cups are not seamed and will show headlights. The band attaches with 4 hooks and the band is stretchy since it's basically just elastic.

The best fit I've had so far in any bra and the next best fit was Cleo Lucy in 34D. Fits my short, narrow roots (and frame) well and the cups don't come up to my neck like other sports bras. My nipples tend to poke through, but I just wear it with a patterned shirt and it hides it.
