    42GG

    Hasn't set fit

Overall the bra feels cheap. The wires are flimsy and bend too easily for a bra in UK 42GG, the stiffness reminds me of older Freya/Fantasie wires. It would work for breasts up to about UK 36G/38FF and sistersizes, but at 42GG the wires are underengineered. The elastic feels cheap too. Compared to Elomi or Panache Sculptresse the fabric of the band contains both less and cheaper elastic material and more fabric, causing it to stretch less and wear out sooner.

I have not been able to put on this bra since the band is a bit too short, I cannot close it without using force and damaging ... the bra. I could go out and get an extender, but the quality and profile of this bra put me off.

The bra has an unappealing mildly point cone shape; I can tell without putting it on that the bottom cup is not roomy enough for me and that the bra would slide down and dig into my ribs. Last time I encountered a similar shape was in Elomi Tamarie.

Despite the name, the bra is not moulded - it is seamed foam and the seams are bumpy, bumpy enough to probably show through a lot of t-shirts.

    Hope this review helps somebody.

Thanks for this - I had looked at the bras but didn't pull the trigger as I figured they were not really up to plus size and full bust construction. Looks like I wasn't wrong.

    • Thanks for this review and for the measurements of Elomi Aquila Half Cup Bra (4320) !

    38HH

    Hasn't set fit

I was so excited about a sexy bra being offered in my size at such an affordable price point. I ordered this bra in a 38H and a 38HH. I usually wear a 38H in most brands I've tried, however, I decided to also try this in a 38HH since one of my cups is usually slightly too small for my 38H bras. The 38H in this bra seemed to run smaller than my favorite brand (Elomi), as it gave me quad boobs, so, I only took photos in the 38HH. I'm not sure if this bra is bad, or just bad for me. Even with the straps shortened to the point where they digged into my shoulders, and the band uncomfortable tight, this bra offered me no support. My breast shape in the bra was not that different than it is when I go braless; my breasts sat on my ribcage, and my breasts point down and out. I have similar unlined/non-molded bras from Elomi that provides amazing shape, and I had hoped this would work as well.

    • I wonder if Asos uses US sizes vs the Elomi UK sizes?

    • Thanks for this! Could you measure as well? That would help me a lot as I was thinking of getting this.

    • Yes, me too on the measure...thanks :)

    • ASOS uses UK sizes. There is no such thing as a 38HH in US sizes.

I've already returned the bra, so, unfortunately I can't measure.
