Runs tight in the band and small/shallow in the cups. I went up 1 sister size in the band (30E -> 32DD) and 1 more cup size (-> 32E). 32F worked for me as well.
The bikini top has wires but no lining, padding and is not too high-cut/covering.
I already went swimming in this bikini top and I like it - it looks nice and keeps everything in place. It dries pretty quickly, which is nice too.
However, I would not recommend this type of bikini if you have boobs with much projection, since the cups do not provide much depth.

I've learned through trial and error with ASOS - they do not use UK sizing like they claim. I ordered a mix n match halter top in 30G that came tagged as "US 30G, UK 30F." It doesn't run quite so small though, and runs big in the band, so it's workable for me.
I also ordered this particular hidden underwire style in a 30G that was tagged the same way, as a UK 30F, and it was a TINY 30F with a very tight band. More like a 28E - it was a nipple hat. So not only are their sizes misleading, they also run small.
I don't think this is a bad bikini top, you just have to order it fully aware of how it's sized. I returned my "30G" and ordered a 32I. Up one in the band, and up 2 in the cups from my first order. Theoretically, it should be a UK 32G, which is 2 bands and 2 cup sizes bigger than my 28G bra size. But based on how small my first one ran, it should be closer to fitting. If not, I'm SOL because that's as big as they come and I won't go bigger than a 32 band. It gets here tomorrow, so I will update then.
