Attollo Lingerie runs shallow in their cups, so they recommend sizing up from your 'industry standard' size - I found this to be true. I'm usually a pretty easy 28G across most brands I've tried (Curvy Kate, Freya, Panache, Cleo etc) and in their Lily bra I was right between 28GG and 28H. I opted for the larger size to accommodate for size fluctuations/filling out during the month, but I wish I had stuck with the 28GG as the wires on the 28H are just a tad too wide and when the straps are worn crossed over, the top edge of the cup digs in at my armpit. ... The cups, despite being so wide on my frame, are not uncomfortable as the wires don't put too much pressure on my ribcage. I love how thin the straps are - I don't know how they do it but despite being so thin they don't dig in or feel like cheese wire! They're super long and adjustable in order to be worn crossed over (either at the back or the front) so they would suit a range of torso heights. I would 100% buy this bra again in other colours, but would definitely stick with the 28GG in future.

Good information to know once I am ready for a Lily. First I have to exchange my Emelie for a smaller size.
