Does not seem to run small. Cups too projected or maybe need to be fuller on top. Fabric cheap, but so is the price.
Most likely a shallow 28C or 30B, but haven't remeasured since pregnancy a couple of years ago. Always struggle to find the right shape and fit, best fits have been La Senza 30B (ugh.... absolutely perfect, but that was what... ten years ago? now that they're avail in the US, they've gotten rid of 30s and the 32s felt so loose when I tried) and an old school Target Xhilaration teen bra like twenty years ago.
Per the reviews, I sized up to a 32A ... (who am I kidding- mostly it was cheap and it really looked like a knockoff Natori Feathers and where the hell am I going to find something in my actual size anyways?). Didn't work, terrible fit. Of course the band wasn't tight enough. And the cups were super deep, the stretchy lace couldn't even do anything to hide the cup gap, it was so bad. Maybe I'm just too shallow on top, too. But it was an embarrassing fit and the fabric felt about right for the $13 sale price I got it for.
Padding is definitely push-up.
