Have a love hate relationship with this bra. I have to alter the straps to be on the top of the cups like they are on like every other bra in the world. But they are cheap and well made so it's a fault I can deal with. The thing that bugs me is that I have a feeling they designed it that way for women who are wearing an ill fitting bra, anyways.... if I don't alter the straps the cup curls inwardly and gaps. This fits my right breast perfectly, but on my more projected and higher up left breast I don't fill out the bottom, but ...that is expected. I've bought a couple of these in the past and thought I could do better, but after a couple months without them I realized this was my best fitting padded underwire bra, until I tried the Cleo Neve, so this is second in line now. I do get slight quad boob, but once my breast settle into the cup it's fine. It does slightly feel like it's smashing me down a tad, but oh wells.... The wires are similar to Panache Idina (is more closed on top) and Cleo Maddie (is more open on top), so if you want something more full coverage and not closed on top or too open, this might do well on you. I hoped this would work because I own a Bali with foam cups in size S that fits. This bra was way too big, both the band and cups were too big, although the top part as rather tight on my tall roots.
I had to sew the straps on in the front to be at the top of the cup, not on the sides as they come made. After doing this it fits pretty well. The tops of the cups cut a little into my armpit, but it's tolerable. The underwire is the closest I've found to following my shape. The cups are spaced wider at the bottom and come closer together as the go up, which is amazing to find for me. Just wish this bra didn't have latex in the elastic, leaves deep red marks.
I've probably tried on over 20 different strapless bras and this is the only one that comes close to fitting me perfectly. I have shallow, wide root, breast tissue starts high, splayed breasts... all this AND I'm a 32D, which is pretty much the hardest size and shape to fit. There is a tad amount of empty cup on the bottom near the sides, but nothing compared to others I have tried. I even went to a fitter who tried to give me a 32DD, which obviously made the problem even worse. This bra is well made for the price and is comfortable and holds up nicely. I didn't have to ...rearrange it all day. Pushes my back skin/fat down creating a monster roll that is sort of painful to see and feel. Has side boning. ****update, this fits so badly. i thought my breast were splayed, but in fact they are full on top and center full, making the gore not tack and the cups get pushed down, creating lots of empty space at the bottom of the cups. I bought this bra at a Hanes Outlet a few years ago along will about four of its kind. This one (tan in color) in particular held up the best of them. It's been okay as a T-shirt bra; it's definitely the best fit I've found in a bra that didn't cost me more than $20 at the time.
There are issues with fit, depending upon how much water weight I'm carrying. The band is still a little too big (I have to go straight to setting the hooks on the tightest setting), and the cups are either a little too small or don't quite mold to my shape (a bit of quad-boob!), but it's manageable.
It did stretch out over time, and a few of the other bras that I bought (same size and brand/style) had issues with bent wires or torn bands. I will say that I did put some heavy use into them, and I wasn't very mindful of caring for them.
This wonderful bra, now sadly discontinued, is the exact same model as the Wonderbra 3364! It can still be found in Canadian department stores, so if you have been searching for the discontinued Bali model, make friends with a Canadian https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />. The only downside is that they no longer produce 32 bands, but an altered 34 is almost as good.
I've reviewed (and measured) this bra under its pseudonym, Wonderbra 3364.
Great for a little pseudo-bullet bra effect, it is also great because of its full coverage, so you can have a little better range of motion in it than in other bras. It's not as cute because it's so covered, but it does fit well.
