I wanted to love this bra, but couldn't. The fit is not good on me at all. I'll make this brief as I will be making a post on my blog. But basically: •the wires are high. I didn't have this on long enough to say whether they'd poke, but for me, I think they would. •although the wire is 5.25 inches, it felt wider than that. I'm not sure why because the wires weren't really stretchy. •there was A LOT of space at the bottom and sides of the cup (so my thoughts are it would be best for shallow breasts). There was a lot of wrinkling at the sides/bottom Because of the shallowness, it gave a minimized appearance. I went with the darkest color knowing it wasn't close to my natural skin color, and it's really dark. However I do think it would function as a nude under a white shirt. The material was very nice and soft and there's specks of gold/copper in the material.
Gorgeous color! Sad this didn't fit, nut thank you for sharing your adventure!
I need the "edit" button. Sigh
I read on the product page for this bra that it has a "rigid denier" at the bottom of the cups. Can you post a pic of the inside of the cups or maybe explain that to me? Is it saying that i has that hard fabric that they used to use in vintage bullet bras in stead of underwires?
moriko I took it as a laminated fabric-ie heavier/sturdier weight.
is this in addition to the cup, or the cup it self?
This band runs very tight, so this 32 fits like a 30. The cup runs about 1 or 2 sizes small. I wear a 30H, and in a perfect world I'd wear this in a 32HH.
This world is not perfect, however: This bra has the worst scaling I have ever encountered in my life. It's like the bra has a great concept and abysmal execution in this size. The gore is awesomely low, which makes for a bra that's really, really flattering from the front. However, I kept thinking it was boning poking my back, but no, it's the underwire. Because the underwire is literally in my back, ...ladies and gentlemen. I do have narrow roots but... come on. Someone who is a 30 back is generally not going to need a cup width of 7.5", if the majority of that wire isn't ending up at the gore area. (Which I am very glad it did not!! This bra has made me into a low gore proponent. It looks and feels very good.) This wire issue made for a bra that was terrifyingly close to being dangerously uncomfortable. It's a testament to the materials that the bra didn't stab me to death within minutes, even though the wire is really scarily positioned. Due in part to the cup width weirdness, there was no way my full-on-bottom boobs were going to make it into the bottom of the cup, which is very shallow at the wire.
The bra is a plunge. It's more secure than even a reduced Comexim plunge was on me, which is very notable. It's the most flattering plunge I've ever put on. This fabric is killer, a very dark brown with a subtle bronze metallic shine. It's too dark for me to use as a nude, but I love it to death. It reminds me of swatches of KoyVoca Cream to Powder Foundation in Sydney, maybe even one shade darker. They have double-layered fabric to make the cups, which are not sheer, but feel like my sheer bras. The fabric sheerness is consistent throughout the cup, not double-layered on the bottom and single layered on the top like a lot of bras in this size range. This means no areola showthrough, even with an unlined bra.

This band runs very tight, so I could not fasten this 30 without 2 extenders. An extender with 4 rows of hooks would have also worked nicely. The cup runs about 2 sizes small. I wear a 30H, and if scaling ever worked appropriately, I'd try this in a 32J. (However, I tried a 32H, and the wires sat in my back, so maybe don't do that.)
This bra is a plunge. It's more secure than even a reduced Comexim plunge felt on me, which is very impressive. The cups are a little too shallow for me, but if the cup fit otherwise, it would be tolerable, so this ...bra can work for full on bottom people. The bra is really flattering from the front. The gore is nice and low, which may be why the gore tacks even though the cups are too small for me. It's not full coverage. It might even be my nude (!) if I could get it in U28. This shade is fairly close under a shirt, though. I wear Urban Decay Naked Skin Liquid Makeup in 11.0 on my face. Maybe someone who wears a 9 or 9.75 could use this as their definite nude bra. The fabric is nice. It has a little bit of golden shine in sunlight.

In a classic small band-big cup refrain, the cups come up too high into my armpit, and this makes the underwire there annoying. The slight stabbing of the underwire of this bra is somehow even more annoying than the back-underwires I was dealing with in the 32H - Being U » Kobicha Bra (18). And I can kind of feel the flexible boning. If I was going to keep the bra, I would remove it.
