This bra is a hard one to review, because it feels both too big and too small. The center gore is very high for a balconette, which I don't mind, but it doesn't tack to my sternum; there is about 1/2 an inch of space between my chest and the wires. This suggests that the cups are too small, but there is a small amount of wrinkling in the upper lace portion of the cup that usually indicates that the cup is too large I think part of the problem is that the thin band that runs across the top of the lace upper is ... a bit too tight, preventing my breasts from settling fully into the cups. If this is the case, a few wears and washes might loosen it up; this might also fix the gore issue. I'll update later with my verdict.
The band is supportive and firm, and fits true to size. The construction is classic balconette style, but the cups cover the whole breast, making this a poor choice for a low cut top. The lower cups are a heavy matte satin, that is comfortable and feels durable and the straps are wide and reasonably comfortable. If breaking the bra in fixes the slight fit problems mentioned, this will be a good everyday bra.
