This seems to fit pretty well. The wires are wide enough, and the general shape is good. It's a foam-dome, so I can't really tell 100% sure if there's gapping underneath, but there's no gapping on the topline or armpit areas.
The mesh band material feels a bit flimsy, and the elastic doesn't seem top quality so I have questions about how long it'll last, but fit is the most important thing.
Not a fan of the bows and junk either. Personal preference!
It is as wide and shallow as I've found. My only gripe is that the wires don't feel like they come up high enough on the sides, and the band feels thin and weak - I wish it had side support panels, those make me feel tucked in.
Purchased this one used on Poshmark. I normally wear 30D/32C but reviews suggested a 30C since I look for shallow cups. Unfortunately I'm thinking I should have stuck with my usual. The band feels cheap and doesn't offer much stretch; trying to wrap the bra around my 29" underbust stretches the underwire significantly. I have wide-set, splayed breasts and find the underwires on this size cut into my breast tissue at the sides. Super tight and uncomfortable. No quad boob or gaps at the top of the cups though.
Purchased this bra to replace my old & uncomfortable size 30C B.tempt'd By Wacoal B.wow'd Push Up Bra (958287). Didn't expect this bra to fit, and also didn't expect to like it but I was wrong on both. It fits very nicely and gives a tasteful push-up effect with a very rounded look (Betsey Johnson Intimates also offers their "Double Trouble" push-up bra which supposedly adds 2 cup sizes and gives a little more oomph). It also is surprisingly comfortable, especially for a push-up.
I got this bra super cheap, and that makes me happy. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
It isn't a -perfect- fit, but it fits well enough to keep. It is super comfortable, I actually forget that I'm wearing it (score). I expected the material to be kind of satiny, but it actually feels more like a soft jersey knit. Which feels lovely, but I can tell it's going to pill sooner or later (probably sooner). Ah well.
The cups are wide and shallow. A little too shallow on bottom for my FoB breasts, so the wires don't sit as high as they should on my larger side, but ...the bra stays still once it settles and I feel supported, so I can deal with that. I only get occasional small gapping at the top, but the cups are tall enough that it isn't particularly obvious. I'm usually a stickler for that. Strangely enough, the cups are thicker at the top/center than they are on bottom/outsides, but that really works out for my shape (shallow on top/center, projected on bottom/outsides). The band is larger than I need, but I can wear it on the middle hooks without it really moving around, so that will be fine until it stretches. For reference, I actually measure 26DD.
I love that I finally have a functional "nude" t-shirt bra that isn't push-up padded, which I can convert to racerback (there's a j-hook on the straps). That's what I was looking for in the first place, 30+ bras ago. The color is a little darker than it looks in photos, but I don't wear white shirts so it should work well enough for me.
Overall, I'm pretty glad I caught this on sale at Nordstrom (online), and that they also gave me a $10 coupon to use during the sale (with free shipping and returns) -- making this the cheapest bra I've ever purchased. I think the bra gods finally decided to have mercy on me. If I'd spent more on it I'd consider returning it, but this was a nice little surprise! Read more 238 more words
I really wanted to like this bra. I think it's really cute and looks a little like a pin-up style. I also love the fact that there are hooks built in on the back to make it into a racerback. Unfortunately the cups were too big for me and it doesn't come in a smaller cup size.
This bra is a clone of the Retro Glamour, the Starlet Lace Balconette, the Hottie Dottie, and the Budding Lace bras. It is a nice bra, might be slightly small for me.
THIS IS A DUPLICATE REVIEW BECAUSE I HAVE TWO OF THE SAME BRA AND I WANT TO GIVE BOTH AWAY https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
The cups are quite deep, in my opinion. It does not fit anything like the Eyelet Lace, if that's what you're after. In fact, I think the cups are significantly deeper since this is a cup size smaller than my Eyelet Lace. So, if you need cups that are a good chunk deeper than the Eyelet Lace, this could be the bra for you. The band is very stretchy. I don't know if that is because it was worn before I got it, or if that is just the band. You might have to alter it if you need a tight band. The bra is very pretty.

Great bra! It does run a little large in the cup. Get this bra if your cup volume is in between 30C and 30D. I quad just slightly in this but it's still better for me than the 30D. I usually wear 30D.
Pretty happy with this. I'm pregnant and have been buying the cheapest name brand bras I can find off of Amazon.
The Stocking Stripe is a fuller cup than I am used to, and I feel like it runs a bit large.
The cup, though it started off too big for me, is super forgiving. Once I had the bra on, unless I stuck my hand inside, you couldn't tell it didn't fit (no visible gaps or dents). The shape is nice and roundish, and there is a piece of lace at the top that made it sit really nicely on my body.
The band is stretchy. If I were to buy this bra normally, I'd definitely size down a band if it were possible.
The material is kind of strange. Even after washing, it has a rubbery sticky feeling to it.
Overall, I like this bra enough to buy it again (in a different size) if I found another great deal.
This bra does not work for me at all. My breasts are too wide to fill the bottom of the cup so there is unfilled space. Some of my breast tissue spills out of the sides. It's a shame, because this bra is very cute.
I love the stretchy band!! It's really comfortable too. Although it fits really well, I'm not sure if it's the perfect fit for me. I just posted about the 30D - Natori ยป Feathers Contour Plunge (730023) . So in the 30D the right cup gets a little wrinkle in the lace, and in this bra, the left cup get a little wrinkle in the lace which I'm guessing is a normal issue as one will always be bigger than the other. Other than that it seems to fit comfortable.
I think that without the lace on the cup, this would be perfect. The wrinkle in the ...left cup is somewhat visible underneath my clothes in a tight fitting shirt, but otherwise looks fine. The gore is comfortably against my sternum too. And like the Natori Feathers, even though the top of the gore is against my sternum, the bottom isn't flat against my chest - does this mean that the bra doesn't fit me correctly? Or is this because I am very small?
I fill the bottom of the cup well, though I'm wondering if the lace looks like it fits me well? Is that how it's supposed to fit? Read more 96 more words
My body is in a state of flux right now, so I bought this bra on sale in a cup size larger than my usual. It feels a little big, but I am pretty sure I normally have to buy bras that run on the smaller side of a 30B cup.
The shape I get from this bra is nice and rounded.
The worst part of this bra is the texture... I don't know if I got a defective one since it was on super sale, but the outside of the bra feels sticky, like a rubberized texture or something. It's weird and unexpected.
This bra is very comfortable and the cups do not gape. My only issue is that the band is a bit scratchy on the seams, but the longer I wear it, the less I notice.
This one was too big for me in almost all aspects.
- band is very stretchy and it was still loose on the loosest hook - didn't even come close to filling the cups and they were far too wide - the straps were really far apart
In addition, it just felt sort of flimsy and cheap. A definite no for me.
First off, this bra is actually a very light pink-peach color. Some people actually have this skin color naturally. The fit: band size, cup size, cup shape, cup separation, and gore height are the exact same as for the Betsey Johnson Stocking Stripe bra. It fits me very well in all aspects.
This bra is too small for me in size 30C. It is a good shape for me though. It is made for people who are shallow, have broad roots, and have far apart spaced breasts. The cup is very open on top, so it is good for people who are FOT or have even fullness. However, as it was one size too small in the cups, I quadboobed.
Perfect fit in a 30C, even though I'm a cup size bigger in every other bra I own. I tried the 30D and even though I completely fill it ( it theoretically "fits"), it provides no where near the lift and shape the 30C does. The band is loose and stretchy which I don't mind too much, but 28 inchers who like their bands snug will probably not get on with the 30 band.
I have had mine for a year now and they are still in very good condition.
