Straps started off ok, but 5 years (or so) down the line, they've started slipping off my shoulders (lost elasticity, I suppose).
The underwires are too small (short? narrowly spaced?) for my breasts; they sit on top of my breast tissue under my arms. They don't poke or cut into the breast though. This is a plunge style, and the gore/fabric panel (surprisingly) does lie flat.
The cups are nonpadded. There is no quadboob unless I swoop and scoop all my breast tissue into my cups - which I didn't do for years. Even then they don't stay that way because the band is too loose - the cups just slip back over the top of my breasts and lie on them - no support at all.
Back band is very very comfortable (read: too big). It rides up the front after a few hours.
