I have what seem to be even but are definitely inner full breasts: This bra gives them great shape! I definitely have wider roots and the wire is a decent size so it holds all of me in without hurting.
I got this bra at Nordstrom Rack. I went with a 34D instead of the 32DD. The 32 was just a bit too tight for comfort and I had a bit of quad boob going on. It would have probably been more comfortable after the band stretched a bit. I would have tried a 32E but there were none.
I do still get a ...little bit of a quad boob with this bra, I would have tried a DD but there were none in this style in that size. Overall it's a small amount and only when my chest is pushed outwards. I could not even tell it was there with a t shirt on. I just love the color/lace combo, as well.
For the price and the fact that it felt so comfortable, even despite some intermittent quad boob, I went for it and am very pleased that I did.
I will update the review after more wear and washing so as to show how it's held up and if there are any wear issues. Read more 113 more words
This bra has a really cool look, IMO. I snagged it pretty cheap at Burlington Coat Factory. Way cheaper than Herroom is selling for. Unfortunately I couldn't find 32DD, and settled with 34D because I liked the set so much.
Not sure if I'll be keeping it. I've never worn it. I'm a bit hesitant because I had it in a sell pile and my bf was like,"wow, that's really nice. I like that a lot." This is why I hide all the lingerie I don't like from my bf. For some reason, I can spend hundreds of dollars on a set, or put a lot of thought into one ...and he won't bat an eyelash, but everything I want to sell he just loves xD hahaha
I can't imagine wearing this as anything more than a bedroom set, and now I have...2 teddies, 1 corset set, 2 bra sets (maybe more), and 1 bra that's band is too big and cups fit weird. So idk what to do with it. Trying to think it over before I ever wear it.
The cups have some sort of boning in them, and cause a lifted, balconette shape. Wires aren't too wide despite being a balconette. Cup projection is good. My biggest issue is actually cup height. If the cups were lower, I'd have no issues keeping this. Even the band is pretty snug for a 34, and I could alter it anyway. There's just too much cup on top, and with the boning, it's pretty stiff and it looks a little odd. There are so many other sets I feel more confident in, so idk. Kind of wish I could even find a 32D in this because with the boning and shape, I think that'd be my best bet.
I really don't know how to describe this bra, so excuse my "oh,uh, look, bra. Is black and has cups" description. I honestly don't know who this bra would work for. Maybe firm or soft, very full-even-rounded, or fuller on top. It isn't going to work for shallow on top, unless maybe you size down, which for anyone else may pose some other fit issues.
There's velvet across the vertical boning on the cups, and some velvet detailing, over top a mesh. Some glitter in select areas. Center bow. Not a fan of the super thin, cheap straps. I'm actually surprised to see how much Herroom is selling this for/the original price elsewhere, as it looks about worth what I got it for(somewhere between $12-15 I think). Though, comfort of their most popular bra(Rumour Lace) aside, I guess all the Black Bows I've seen look a little cheap.
But yeah. Unless you're wearing a sweater, layers, or heavy materials, this mostly appears to be a bedroom set based off of the boning and firm upper cup lining.
This bra makes me feel fabulous. As I recently started changing my bra size, I was afraid that bras that fit me correctly weren't going to be as pretty. With this bra, I feel great and sexy.
