I went against my better judgement and used the Bradelis calculator to select a 32F. The band is too wide for me, and the cups are a bit wide, also. I absolutely love the band, though. It is the most comfortable bra I have ever put on, and I don't think it's just because the band was too big. I would still like it in a 30. The band is very tall, and the elastic strip at the bottom of the band is also much taller than usual. It seems to spread out the pressure more evenly over a larger area under ... the breasts where most bras put a lot of strain on the actual underwire. Cotton lined cups lined and thick straps are an added comfort. I seriously cannot explain the comfort level of this bra. No complaints about the bra itself, but a fit issue for FoT breasts is that the top is slightly closed. This doesn't cause terrible quad boob on me because the lace on top is very stretchy, but it does push the cup down and make the nipple area wrinkly and cone shaped. The bra might cause a slight cone shape on breasts that actually fit the cup due to the seam locations, but I don't think it would be too noticible. I may be wrong, and it might actually round out with the right breast shape.
