This would probably be a good bra for someone with wide roots and shallow depth. Unfortunately, that person is not me. I bought this before I knew anything about sizing and when the sales person said it fit. It doesn't. I could almost fit a whole 'nother me inside the band (maybe closer to a 32 than 30?) and I have quad boob everywhere. This is not surprising considering I'm a 28FF/G! The quality, however, seems to be good and the fabric is comfortable.
