This is a foam bra, with some shaping from seams, sewn into a sleeveless top. I ordered both this and the unpadded strappy top at the same time and rather to my surprise, the foam version isn't as supportive as the unlined one. There isn't a lot of weight on the straps, but more than with the unpadded bra top and the straps are a little thinner, so it's less comfortable. The wires aren't too wide, which is good for me but the wires can't get high enough into my IMF and the cups cut in at the top too - I think this bra is designed for shallower breasts. There are only 2 hooks which may be an advantage for some people but I don't like it. However, the top doesn't look bad when on, I like the deep pink colour, and it was down to £18 in Bravissimo's sale, so I'm keeping it.
