This is generously sized. It reaches to my thighs (though I am very short), the band is very loose (understandable, since it's meant for sleeping in) and there is definitely room in the cups for me to be more than one cup size larger. The appearance is fine - not as uplifted as in an underwired bra, but not droopy. It does pull on the shoulders a bit if you are upright for a long time, due to the loose band, but the straps are not adding to the grooves in my shoulders (from years of wearing +4 band sizes) - being racerback, they are closer to the ... neck than ordinary straps. It must be either pulled over your head or stepped into, due to those racerback straps, and either way is a little awkward. My hips are smaller than my bust, otherwise stepping in would not be possible.
I am keeping this pyjama top - it's much less embarassing to open the door to the postman wearing this than a top with no support, and it's more comfortable too. I bought it on sale. I wouldn't have paid the original price of £30.
