    Didn't fit

This is my old bra from before I gained weight, I bought two of them and ended up removing one of the wires due to pain on my ribs directly below the cups. This was a huge mistake as the cups didn’t keep their shape and the pain on my ribs wasn’t actually caused by the wire but the seam of the cradle. It probably won’t be an issue for most people but I’m very sensitive.

    Fits

At first I thought the wires were going to dig in, but after I moved them in their channel a little bit higher at the gore, this bra is very comfortable and fits nicely.
I think it's similar to the CK Desire that I love soo much, and similarly it fits a cup size up from my 'normal' size.
The cup fabric is soft and silky, the band and straps seem substantial without being industrial looking and it gives a smooth look under clothing, surprisingly. I tried it just under a tank-top and barely noticed any seams! I think this bra will become a go-to in my arsenal of boobie-holders.

    • animated O my Gosh! That bra looks so pretty on you! wow. :) Ok so I thought the Alexa and the Satine had the same amount of room in the tops of the cups. ? It's a beautiful bra, huh? It looks really good on you compared how it looked on me. :)wow

    • what eye are you wearing it on? The tightest, loosest or middle?

    • I'm so happy we did that! :) I get really happy when I can put a girl in a bra that looks and fits so good! I want to work in a bra store that makes good sizes and bras. With A+ seamstresses like 4 that I know of on bratabase. Who can teach me how to alter and we could all work together in America, so that American women don't have to wear painful wire bras or 34C soft cup bras that are too small and too big at the same time!

    • It would fun to be a fitter. I gave a 28GG Charlotte padded bra to this chic who used to be my neighbor, and she looked so good in that bra, she looked better than all the models in that bra. And I was so happy. I was like, I need to be a fitter, but not at VS or some sizing crap place. A nice place that has 24" bands AA-MM cups and 48" bands. :D

I would love to be a fitter as well, but I found that will happen because we live in the US.
I wrote this bra on the loosest hook yesterday, but I think the middle will be my go-to when I wear this bra next.

    • Satine and Alexa fit you a lot better than they fit me. :) I'm glad though. :)

I tried on the Violet colour at the Bravissimo store, and I thought it was was a pretty good fit with only slight quadboob on the larger breast. I decided to purchase this bra in ivory on ebay, but alas it is quite different in the fit. I recommend you buy the newest line possible if considering purchasing this bra.

Band - Ivory: Rides up quite a lot on the tightest hook. This is quite normal as I do measure 24/25 inches in the ribs, but this band is really really stretchy.
Violet: Feels quite snug on the loosest hook, but would probably stretch with wear.

Cups - Ivory: ... The wire doesn't really match the contour of my breast- I think the bottom of the cup is quite shallow because there is some empty space there. This causes a more dramatic quadboob effect. The wires feel very stiff and painful due to the wrong shape.
Violet: The wires fit the contour of my breast, there is no poking or pain and the bottom of the cups are filled with only slight quadboob on the larger breast.

This bra is super cute for a beige bra! It's extremely comfy and one of my best fits yet! The cups are maybe SLIGHTLY wide but not bad. The inner lining is comfy and feels like a cotton blend. The seams in the cup are not irritating. The material on the outside is soft and pretty and the little button on the gore is cute. The straps are decently wide and comfy/supportive. I am very projected and full on bottom/center. The gore is nice and low. The underwire seems to not reach all the way to either side of the lined area that contains the gore. This results in extra comfiness but possibly less support. This could be because I got this bra used from another bratabase user.

I specifically made a stop into Bravissimo while in the UK to buy some of these! I wanted black and tan and also got a wonderful dark floral print! They are much more rigid than my old, worn Satine and they feel like better quality too!

Very lovely satin looking bra. Band is made for V shaped women, which I am not so it doesn't fit. I'm not ready to sew a dart to make the top of the band smaller so I am trading to someone who it will fit better. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

And there I was thinking I'd never find a padded plunge to fit me. I think this is one for those of us who need wide wires and shallow cups.

Perfect fit, but it took a few tries (I initially tried my regular size of 30DD, then the 28E) - band runs large and cups small. The 28E gave me great cleavage, but the wires were too low (story of my life) and I had armpit boob. The 28F is the right size I think, but I do lose the cleavage (which was quadboob from the side). Straps are really stretchy - almost elastic - ... which doesn't bother me but might some.

I bought a different bra to the grubby one I tried on in the shop and the back is noticeably tighter, so I think the band will stretch out quickly. If you're between sizes (I measure 29) definitely go down a band if you can.

This is the first Bravissimo own-brand I've bought, and I don't think the quality is anywhere near as good as Panache/Cleo (despite being the same price). I think the satin may pull after a while, but I can't argue with the fit.
