I tried this bra in cream. It is made from comfortable and attractive materials (I like the printed faux-lace effect).
It gives me an impressive "cakes on a plate" / "Marie Antoinette" look.
Unfortunately the cups are too small for me (I am spilling out of the top of the cup, and the centre gore doesn't lie flat).
In addition, the cups are quite wide and the side support doesn't really work for me. I think because my breasts are quite soft, the seam between the side support section and the next part of the cup digs in to my breast. I don't think this would be solved for me by a bigger cup size, sadly.
I love this bra! The colours and detail on it are absoloutely gorgeous, i love the peacock feather style detail. It caters to my awkward boobs quite well, personally i do think it is quite flattering. However, a 32GG may have fit my a little better as my bigger boob spills out, but this may have been far too big on my smaller boob. Despite this i still class it as a fitting bra as it is the best fitting bra i own, however i will say that after wearing this for a whole day it can start to feel uncomfortable as the front wires rub against my boobs, but i think that may be because of my shape rather than it being tight as the rest of the wire doesnt feel tight at all.
This bra fit me very well in 2019 before I gained weight due to illness. I recently lost all of that weight, and I have been wearing my old Amelia as a stopgap measure since my 34GG bras are now too large. My bra size is calculating as nearly the same as 2019, but my weight loss led to my breasts changing from pretty round and firm to more of a teardrop, projected shape with softer tissue. Even though the lace is a bit more forgiving, I am experiencing minor spillage on the top of the left cup, causing a slight float of the gore on that side. ...The wire pokes into my breast on my left side since my breast tissue isn't completely encompassed. The size is nearly perfect for my slightly smaller right breast (0.5-1 cup size difference). The band size fits well, though I do have to put it on the tightest hook for best support and it stretches out 2-3 inches when I test it without putting on the cups. It might be stretched out from use before my weight gain.
I’m sad this bra doesn’t fit me as well as it used to, as it used to be one of my favorites. It is very pretty and fairly comfy if I purposely don’t scoop and swoop my left breast into position, but it uncomfortably shifts during the day. It definitely fit much better when I was less projected. Still, this is a much better option than my 34GGs while I figure out what new bras work best for me. Read more 155 more words
this was my first time buying a bra in-store since i moved away from adore me! i visited bravissimo's shop in soho.
originally i tried this bra on in a 32ff (one of my usual starting sizes) but had some quadboob. the fitter that was helping me out brought a 32g (even though i probably should've sister-sized to a 30g since that's my usual size :/). it fits for the most part and is extremely beautiful. this is the priciest bra i own so far since i usually buy secondhand or from online outlet stores.
the only issue i have is the the straps are too far apart for ...me. not to the point where they're (even close to) falling off my shoulders, but where the cup meets the strap, combined with the lace, rubs into my armpit (kinda) area. i didn't notice this until i actually wore the bra for the day and noticed the grazing.
overall, the bra is too beautiful not to keep for such a minuscule (imo) problem. the orange is so cute and the embroidery is amazing. 9/10! Read more 73 more words
Half-cup bras are apparently notorious for running small in the cup. I don't know if this runs small for a Bravissimo or not -- this was my first one, which is why I ordered it in two sizes. I really should've gone for two 32s in different cups, though the 30 was really quite comfortable once it was on. Just tricky to fasten, because there was so little extra band to work with when I put it on.
Anyway, for me and my needs, this was HILARIOUSLY SMALL. I wound up with the most quad boob anyone has ever had. Usually I just get a little bit of lip, this was literally like having two smaller boobs on top of my regular boobs.
I'm thinking I need to go up at least two cup sizes, and would have ordered a 32HH if Bravissimo had had it in stock.
My boobs: Full on top to even, immediate projection, close set, soft tissue, with narrow shoulders.
This bra is hella weird on me. The construction of the bra is very nice, the material isn't itchy, the wire width is perfect for my boobs, and the wires don't pinch. It's also a pretty bra, even in beige.
The bra fits well on top...any tighter and it would cut into breast tissue. It also fits well on the bottom, offering pretty good projection. But it's straight up baggy around my nipples.
This bra feels amazing and makes my boobs look better than they ever have. Sometimes it is a little bit hard to get everything into it, but I think that's more because I'm new to the whole "Properly fitting bra" thing. So far this bra is the only worn I've worn that really commits to how I've seen that bras are supposed to fit. I never have to adjust it at all throughout the day either.
When I first bought this, it fit great. Since that, I've gone up one cup size (or maybe half a size), and it stretched out too much. Also, the straps are slightly too short - I have them tightened to the maximum, and that's the first time it has happened to me.
The first Bravissimo pretty enough for me to buy it, it's definitely a beautiful bra and the cups are less wide than most Freya plunge, thus being more comfortable. I'm only disappointed it stretched quicker than said Freya.
However, I think Bravissimo has improved since this model - see my Poppy review!
