  1. Satine Bra (AU15)

    Didn't fit

I think this is a classic example of plunges not suiting my soft breast tissue - I'd love to find a plunge that fits! This gives a beautiful outline under clothing (low-cut in particular - it's not quite flush with the breast tissue so may not be suitable for something very tight and/or clingy that covers the breast), is a decent price and is well-finished. Unfortunately my tissue (and breast shape, based on pictures) doesn't mesh well with this bra. It wrinkles in the upper cups, although I'm fairly FOT, but gives me quadboob within an hour of wearing. Any other suggestions, hints, comments or other welcome.

the lowest cut bra I have is actually an Ewa Michalak SM, but I think it might be a flawed cut - it fits unusually

dbmamaz I recognise your pic from FB :D You helped me out before when I posted an EM BM that I've since measured and added here. I've ordered a few more, based almost entirely on what you said too. The Ewa Michalak S Magique (834) , Ewa Michalak S Przeplatanki (716) and Ewa Michalak Sf Czarny G\u0142adzioch (866). I think they're still off so might be waiting a while but I'm hopeful. Once I nail my size in a couple of EMs I'm much more confident about branching out into others.

Hi, I'm a different size to you (I'm 28E/F) but I had this same problem thou to a loser extetent so that the wrinkles at the top of the cup only show a little but. I'm fairly full on top but maybe more even fullness, with shallow wide rooted breasts. Maybe you could try Cleo Neve? That brilliant on me and they have a nude colour in that that smooth under tight tops and doesn't cut into the breast tissue at the top. The gore does sit lower than on the satine but I don't need support there. I've only just joined and am in the process of adding my bras. I've got pictures of the Neve and Satine that I'll put up now if you felt you wanted to have a look. I think the Cleo Koko bras are the current equivalent for Cleo though I've not tried any myself yet

Sorry for all the mistakes in that, my iPad is. Auto correcting a lot of things and it's the wrong time of night/early morning to be doing this but I can't sleep. I've done the photo and will add measurements later on

    • Thanks PinkSquink (tagging doesn't seem to be working - according to your profile you're not social ;) Maybe that's why ) and no need for apologies for the mistakes! I might try a Neve. I haven't worn Cleo much but my shape is changing and I feel like I may be losing a little upper fullness, so I'm a bit hesitant about all things bra-related at the moment and feel like I'm just too soft and pendulous for a plunge. But we'll see!

No problem. I'm by no means an expert but its worth a try hopefully. I didn't realise about the social thing. I only joined yesterday so I guess I was just being cautious as I don't understand everything on here yet. I'll have another look at what it means to choose a social or non-social profile. Good luck with the Neve. If you can't find any on here I think there may still be a few on eBay and Amazon.

    • I'll have a look, thanks PinkSquink. I'm still figuring out parts of this site too and I'm not new :)

    Fits

    Perfeeeeeeeeeeeeeect. OMG
Since I was reading more and more about how a bra should fit, I was sure that my almost new 42FF bras were not fit enough for me. As I realized the band is too loose, I decided to go to the Bravissimo shop and try some bras and different brands to check how they fit, wires, etc.
This was the very first I tried (chosen by my husband https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" /> ) and the better fit: so soft tissue, well constructed, my breasts fill confortably and wires did not hurt being more narrow.
I liked the shape it gives to my boobs with ... a sweater on, lifted lifted https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":D" /> And I also think this kind of shape is the best for my narrow root, full on bottom breasts. Breast tissue is inside the cup and there is no free space on the bottom of the cup, as happens with my Curvy Kates (I think it's bye-bye for Curvy Kate).
I also tried Panache Tango but it's not for me, the same as the Freya Marvel, the shape did not fit well.
Now I can understand the feeling when you find a bra that fits https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":D" /> And how upliftiing is to change from a 44DD to a 38GG, at least, for me https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />
