The B. Gorgeous Bralette is a bit of an anomaly as it is more of a soft cup bra than a standard bralette. I was intrigued to see that it comes in band sizing rather than alphanumeric, so I picked up one in a 30 band to try. As you can see from the measurements, the band is actually true to size for a 30! It fits nice and snug and is quite supportive.
However, one issue with this bra is that the cups are quite shallow. Since there's no underwire it was a bit tricky for me to accurately measure the cups, but they ... are much shallower than what I am used to. The construction is similar to a triangle cup + seamed plunge cup hybrid, and there's stretch mesh sewn into the outer portion of the cup for reinforcement, but it is quite stretchy and not very rigid. Because the cups are so stretchy, they can accommodate me at a 30D with no visible fit issues although the bra's measurements feel more like a 30C. I think this bra could fit 30A-30C with no problem, and it will work for shallow 30D like me, but cannot accommodate much more fullness.
One thing I really like about the construction is that there's a cradle lined with rigid tricot to provide more stability at the center front. I find that non-underwire bras tend to stretch out a lot over time, so having this nonstretch cradle will help with longevity. It also makes this style feel more like a soft cup bra than a bralette, despite the soft and stretchy cups.
If you're looking for a little more support from your bralettes and are an A-C cup, I would recommend this style, especially if you have a hard time finding small enough bands! Also, unlike many other B.Tempt'd styles, this has fully adjustable straps, which makes it perfect for petite torsos.
