The B.tempt'd by Wacoal B.charming Racerback T-shirt Bra is a stretch lace racerback with a barrel locking front closure. The stretch lace is lined with nude mesh on the band which was a nice detail. The mesh distributes skin and back fat evenly across the lace/band in a very flattering way. One could let the back and straps peek out from under clothing (as if it were a bralette). The straps are front adjustable meaning the adjusters are on one's chest. The furthest the adjusters could go is probably the very top of one's back. I never found this to be uncomfortable. The underwire plus the thin stretch ...foam cups supposedly enhance your natural shape, but beware the band and cups run small. In most other brands, I'm a 30DDD/32DD, and the 32DD in this bra "pancaked" my chest in addition to causing quadboob. The band also felt a little tight at times. My underbust measurement is 29.5" for reference. The edges of the cup showed through a thin t-shirt. Whether that was due to the ill fit or not, I don't know. I had hoped the bra would stretch out and conform to my body with wear but alas it has not. In the right size, I could imagine the B.charming Racerback T-shirt bra being a pretty and versatile addition to one's lingerie drawer. Read more 117 more words
Soft cotton blend bra and it's got some stretch. I like the feel of it and the narrow gore. Wires are a tad too high for me but not uncomfortable. I have a little bit of wrinkling overall but nothing major. Will compare to a 32 D.
The band is too big for me, I was hoping it ran small, but its stretchy. There's good depth at the bottom of the cups Gore is a little too wide. Cups aren't as low as I would have liked
But the bra is cute.
update 8/29/17 Wearing this bra, and it is not very comfirtable. I have it hooked on the tightest setting, and the band isn't an issue, but the wires are poking me on the side, and the gore is pressing down heavy. Gives a slightly natural shape. "Natural but better" I supposed
I loved this bra when it fit. The band has always been to big for me (I wear a 28), but the bra was very comfy, lots of cleavage, firm band, and nice overall appearance. This bra has a very firm mould and you definitely need to be projected for it to fit well.
It’s soft and comfortable but I’m not sure it is at all useful. I didn’t feel particularly supported in a noteworthy way, and I especially did not like how it was too soft to have any nipple coverage. Other stretchy materials like nylon may provide help even without lining, and I was somehow expecting that.
I like the wings on this bra. The cups are almost projected enough, but my larger side is just too big, so the gore won’t sit flat. The straps seem quite short. They fit, but there isn’t much more they could be loosened. The top of the cup cuts in my underarm flesh, so maybe the straps are too wide for me as well.
I'm still figuring out my shape but I believe I'm mostly FOB and center-full, fairly close-set with indenting/deflation near tail of spence, and pretty narrow-rooted with some height and some projection. My true size is 30DDD but I had to sister-size for this one.
[Disclaimer - I have only tried it on]
PROS: - Very comfortable - Super cute - Love the demi cut - Band is very stretchy - Seems supportive
CONS: - Some gapping at the top, especially with movement
I feel like this bra is a little too shallow for me but I really liked it. It's one of the best and comfiest fits I've found so far! I wish it came in my true size because I feel like that would be better. This bra would be probably better for someone with more roundness/fullness at the top.
I've been a big fan of the Ciao Bella Balconette for a while, as I wore the 30DD last winter as my primary "sweater bra" under thicker clothing. The 30DD has been too small for me since the beginning of the year, so this year I started picking up the 30DDD instead, which now fits me very well at 28E/28F. This is one of the few styles where I find a 30 band very comfortable as it is snug but not tight.
I've had my eye on Smoke Blue for a long time, but this color wasn't available in 30DDD, so I decided to try the sister ...size of 32DD, expecting to need to make some alterations. Surprisingly, the band is only marginally larger than the 30DDD, and as it is quite reasonably firm, and it makes for a very comfortable option although it is not snug. I found that the cups fit identically to the 30DDD, which is a huge relief. I am very pleased to find a sister size that actually works really well for me!
Unfortunately, I found that this colorway was less flattering on me in person than in photos online. Smoke Blue is a dusty blue with a slightly teal cast on a nude overlay. The center gore bow is pale gossamer pink. The color is too yellow for my cool skintone, so unfortunately I won't be keeping these. However, I can confidently recommend that if this style works for you, trying your sister size is a great option!
Note: this is the second bra of this size and color that I purchased, as I've found inconsistencies in the sewing of these bras, so I try to order more than one at a time to compare. This is the first bra in this range where the cup depth measured slightly shallower than normal. However, I didn't notice any difference in the fit despite the .5 cm difference per cup. This is a moulded cup, underwire bra. Straps were too wide for my shoulders - even adjusted tight they fell down with movement. This is despite the band being a bit tight. The cups didn't form to my shape - there was gapping (not wrinkles, not quad-boobage). Cup width just barely enclosed all breast tissue (might not with movement).
Returned. Didn't like it enough to bother trying a different size.
About me: petite with wide horizontal oval, slightly conical breasts * average projection * wide-set (3 fingers width of space between breasts) * very wide roots (extend past the mid-axillary line) * short roots * even horizontal fullness (just barely outer full) * mix of firm & soft tissue (front molds to shape of bra, sides push wimpy wires away) * conical shape (but will squish to round) * full on top (2/4 shape, not even or very full) - BUT functionally even to FOB due to short roots and soft tissue * petite (5'3") so have narrow frame
This was supposed to be a 30DD, but somehow (in hurry while sleep deprived) I managed to order wrong, that said...... Pros; it’s comfortable! and “fits” as in the gore tacks (Im not sure I’ve ever had one not) and I fill the cups (other than a tiny bit one side on top) it looks good under shirts I wear it with. Cons; across the top insides of cups (from strap to gore) digs slightly, wires are tooo wide for me, overall quality seems cheaper than I thought it would. Update: this fits better since gaining a bit of size, cups are still a bit wide but is currently my go-to bra, quality must be better than I initially thought because it still looks new.
I've been wanting this bra for a while, and I'm so glad I finally found one!
The cups are made of a padded material, sewn together in 3 parts. Looking at pictures online, I thought the lace designed was printed, but there's actually a lace overlay on the cups. While the stitching of the cups are pretty seamless, the stitching of the lace overlay doesn't lay as flat and will show through, depending on the fabric of the shirt.
The straps are made of a stretchy material, which I don't really like. I feel that stretchy straps aren't as supportive as they could be. Nevertheless, the bra lifts well and gives a nice rounded shape. It's also extremely comfortable.
It's perfect for those days when you want to wear a pretty bra, but you also want comfort.
This is a nice, smooth bra that does not show under clothes and gives good support. The cups are too tall and cut painfully into my tails of Spence, so it is not the right bra for me.
Firstly, I am dissapointed with apperance of the bra in this size, it looks much better on stock photos on a model with smaller bust. The upper part of the cup is too big, it gives a lot more coverage and looks like completely different bra. The band is a bit too big which is no surprise since my underbust measures 67 cm and I don't normally wear 32 size. It's rather short but stretchy so for some time it feels stable but rides up eventually. The gore is too wide and doesn't tack, this bra is definitely not close set-friendly. It's not painful or something but probably ...it would cause discomfort if the band size was right and kept the gore closer to sternum. I can't tell if the cup size is OK because of the floating gore, it looks fine and even gaps a little on my smaller side. I don't like the shape, it sets my breasts apart and makes them look bigger then they are. Quality is OK, the band is a bit flimsy but everything else looks fine. The cup interior is made of very nice and soft fabric. Every part of this bra is very nice and soft, the band and the straps don't scratch. It's one of the most comfortable bras I own and that's what makes it, despite poor fit, perfect for wearing around the house. It was really cheap and I'm glad I bought it but I defnitely would not pay full price for it. Read more 145 more words
I used to have this bra in a 30DDD, and I think that version fit better. I wish I could find it! Problems with this bra: the straps are a little too wide-set, the top of the bra gaps if I move my shoulders around, and the band is just a little bit loose on both the loosest and center sets of hooks. It's nice to have a tan bra, and I still do wear this bra with certain items of clothing (specifically, lighter/thinner shirts that black bras just don't work underneath.)
I really wanted to like this bra--nice and lightweight, super soft almost fabric-like cups (they almost feel like a thin layer of memory foam--it's a really squishy, flexible molded cup), seemed to feel great even though I knew it was too small in the cup, but...
If I actually wear it (once!), fit issues show up, and it is not comfortable, simply because it is the wrong size/cut for me. The edging at the top of the cups is also not very stretchy/flexible, so I'd suggest not sizing down in the cup if you're close, although I do think it fits a little large cup-size wise?
I'm not entirely sure on my shape, but believe I'm either even or slightly FOB, or even, and possibly a 30FF (give or take a cup size).
I am tall, with low, wide, shallow, widely spaced, FOB breasts and a promient sternum. I like the softness and squishiness of the cups on this bra, but they don't shape me the way that I like to be. I prefer a nice rounded shape and these seem to emphasize my FOB-ness, probably because the cups don't give enough support. I am in between a 32 and 34 band and can be a D or DD cup depending on brand/model. The 32DD fits well with a bra extender, so as expected in the band. The straps do not extend long enough for me. They are also weirdly thin, and the double strap in the front has no stretch and is constantly getting twisted/refuses to lie flat. The lace also bunches at the apex of each cup and creates a misleading point there that is not reflected in the cup. The lace and weird shape also shows through most of my clothing. I do like the cups but this is not a go-to bra for me.
