I just bought this, so I will probably edit the review once I've worn it for a while. The bra mostly fits, but the wire pokes a little under my right arm. Technically, the center gore could lay a bit closer at the top, but I'm not too concerned and the bottom tacks fine. I think the 40G is as good a fit as I'm going to get in this brand because some of their 38H's are too tight in the band for me. I think a 40H might be too big.
The lace is pretty. I bought both the black and the cream colorway and my guy loved ... them as soon as he saw them. The stretch lace looks like it's a decent quality, not as cheap looking as my Parfait Sophia lace bra, but I'll know for sure after a few washes. The band is tight, more like a 38, but it could be because it's brand new and hasn't been broken in yet. In UK brands I'm a 38GG-38H, but the Cacique 38H's feel too tight in the band for me to comfortably get the bra on. Cacique seems to be closer to UK sizing than US, but it's not quite the same.
The bold lace full-coverage bra gives a nice, rounded shape.
My thoughts after wearing it for a day: The construction is not as good as my Elomi and Freya bras. I think most of my bras have a soft elastic tape under the gore but this bra does not, so it's rubbing uncomfortably there. While the bra feels too tight, the elastic band is rolling up a bit on the right side. The wires feel hard and uncomfortable. As far as I can tell, the bra is not riding up. I think the band tightness was probably because it was new and stiff as it seems to be loosening up, BUT the wires are still digging in at the front. They don't seem to be hitting breast tissue as far as I can tell, but they are digging into my sternum. Not sure how the band can be getting looser and starting to roll slightly at the sides and yet the underwire is painful.
The measurements of this bra are similar to my Elomi 38G, which runs a size big and mostly still fits (apart from some minor quad boob), so I'm not sure why this bra really isn't working. (After taking a couple pictures, it looks like there is some wrinkling at the sides).

If you were interested in some extra coverage, there are a variety of nipple covers out there that you could maybe get okay results from with a padded bra? I owned a pair in silicone that was beige and worked well in unlined bras, but I didn't have the nipple situation you do so I can't vouch for it :)
