This type bra has been great for my full on bottom breasts. The underwires don't dig in and I still have ample cleavage. It does stretch a little with use, so it might be more suited for someone with a 38" - 40" underbust measurement.

Well, let me start off with saying that my left breast is about a cup or so smaller than my right breast. That being said, I have only recently seen the light and started buying bras that fit my right breast rather than my left. I usually buy an F cup in Lane Bryant bras (I really should buy a G but the gaping on my small side always stops me) but this bra doesn't go that large so I went down a cup and up a band size. Well, the cup is too small on my larger side and I am falling out in the front and the underwire is poking me in the side and on my smaller side I have some gaping (of course). All in all, I look like I have 3 breasts instead of two. One on each side and one in the middle (due to the fact that I am falling bulging out in the middle). I guess if I could order it in a size larger I could at least stop bulging.
