The underwire on this bra seems to cover my entire breast, but the tip under my arm pokes me frequently. My breast doesn't fill out the entire cup. It's very loose on the top portion of the cup that runs from my strap down to the center piece. It's loose enough that I can pinch the cup together. This wasn't the case the day I bought it. It has stretched a bit since then.
Good parts are the 5 hook closure. It's very nice for me as I'm a large lady and the extra support helps smooth things out in the back.
Had this bra on sale don't usually wear underwire but for $10 went and got it but after a couple wears the underwire started to come out next to the center of breast so i took them out and used it for home use
Love this bra it has foam underwire instead of wires. The bra gives me the support i need for my size of breast iam fuller at the bottom then at the top. Keeps the girls nice and firm without hardly any bounce.
I love this bra and have two balconette bras by Cacique. However, most bras are ill fitting as my left breast is noticeably larger than my right one, so... my left boob fills out the left cup, and sometimes I have the crease or bulge, so I have to tuck and fold under the wire or back on the side to get rid of that. On the right boob I ALWAYS have gap like where my boob "folds" up between the top of it and my armpit. :/ My mother always makes fun of me like I'm rolling my boob up in my bra, but that's just how it sits and what it looks like in ANY bra that fits well otherwise. *sigh* So, if you are more even than me, and somewhat deflated 10 years after nursing your babies, this bra might work for you.
EDIT: Shoulder straps are always slipping off my very sloped shoulders. Underwire does not poke me at all, though.
I've had this bra for a year but I lost track of it and didn't wear it for a few months. It's my best fitting bra at the moment.
I fill the cups well and the straps are easy to adjust. It lays flat on my sternum without digging in. I worry that the sides are not supportive enough because they sit next to my breast and not behind it. The band fits well and sits the in right spot.
I've worn the Cacique demi as a 40C for years only to find I'm a 40F. I wish their size range was larger (extended higher than a DD) because this is a fair quality, cheap, comfortable demi bra (perfect for my full on the bottom breasts with no worry about not being able to fill the top of a cup). I tried to size up the band to get into a smaller cup, and it just didn't work.
