I have had this bra since 2009 but have rarely worn it since I'm the kind of woman who changes sizes on a monthly basis. Rarely, however, have I gotten small enough to fit this bra. It says 38DD as the label, I've measured and remeasured my rib cage, and this band will BARELY stretch to a 37 rib cage. The pros are the center is close enough for my close breasts, the wire is not too high for my breasts, and for once, the straps are not constantly sliding off my sloping shoulders. My left breast is the large of the two and I think it fills ... it out satisfactorily in the cup, but there is just about a finger of extra space in the top left corner. It pinches my side boob a bit on the left side. On my right side it's about perfect in between the underwire but there's far too much space in the top half of the cup.
The bra feels nice and sturdy with four hooks, but as I said the band is a little tight but I wish it would push me up better, as I feel like I look too flat chested in this bra thanks to my shallow top half.
Over all, as I've found in other Cacique bras, go up a band size and down a cup size to have a better fit. In other bras I might try a 38DDD. I've been wearing 40DDs and lately my ribs have shrunk to the point where I need that brand's 38, but that is not the case with Cacique apparently. It just happened to be the only 38 band that I had around, and unfortunately I have no money to buy a properly fitting bra at the moment.
