I normally wear a 28-30F. The 32" band felt ok, slightly tight. The D cup was way too small, it didn't come close to tacking. There was no gaping at the top (in the natural position where the gore sits an inch away from my sternum), but there is nothing holding the cups in. I think it is just the poor design of these low back bustiers, since there is no support behind the breasts pulling the gore forward since the back is 3 inches under the gore. Avoid this type of model
