    Didn't fit

    After a long, grueling, and unsatisfactory fitting at Nordstrom's, they mailed me this bra (as they didn't have it in the store and the one the next size up was too loose in the band and not right in the cup).

    It is very snug to get on, but the band fits well enough. Nothing pokes, boobs are contained.

    However... after wearing it for some hours, I notice that the center boning starts to irritate my sternum, and later the wires start to irritate my ribs. I am left with red marks in these areas after wearing it all day. And, it is definitely one that needed ... breaking in. When I first put it on, I had to take it off after a couple minutes. Then I forced myself to wear it once, washed it, wore it again under some duress, and then it was reasonably fine.

    It is not my #1 go-to bra because of the comfort issues, but I do wear it.

    It's attractive, but if you have dark areolas or pokey nipples, they'll show through the lace.

    Didn't fit

    I wore this bra at least 100 times and it's still trucking along. Unfortunately it's too big for me now, so I can't partake in its awesomeness anymore. I like how it's sheer and neutral in color, but not boring. Excellent support and shape for my boobs, and I think it helped my breast tissue migrate and resituate.

    Didn't fit

    I haven't worn this bra in a few years because it is too small in the cup & too big in the band (I'm entering it simply for listing purposes).

    However, I loved this bra when it fit me. It's a beautiful pinky/beige color with a smooth mesh. It was pretty comfortable. I didn't wear it too much because I became obsessed with the way my boobs looked in the Africa demi, but I loved the fit of this one too.

    Chantelle was my favorite brand for ages, until I sized out of them. They make beautifully, well-crafted bras.

    Didn't fit

    Really pretty bra - and much more sheer than I was expecting.

    Initially, seems to fit okay, but the cups are just too tall. The lace is not stretch, so I get no help from it. The straps also seem a little more wideset than other Chantelles I have tried in this size.

    I'll have to wash it a couple times and try it for longer than 10 minutes to decide for sure. I did buy it used so the wires have some... issues. I'll try to mess with them a little to make them fit me better.

    It's one of those bras I wish fit me, but really doesn't. Cups are too tall. Apex too high. The bottom half of the cup works, but that's about it. I wear it sometimes, but I'll probably just end up listing it.

    Used to fit

    Picked this bra up on ebay. I love the scalloped detailing on the cups. The band on this bra was firm when I bought it, but did not stretch out quickly.

    Didn't fit

    I never wore this bra. I intended to get the stays taken out, but never did. Fits the same as the Cachmiere. Very comfortable.

    The lace pattern on the bra is quite pretty (as least in navy), and it currently fits me better than I expect considering I now know that the cup size is too small in a universe where I scoop and swoop. The thing that makes this one unwearable for me is that the wire in the center gore feel high and scratches something awful!

    Gorgeous color! Gorgeous bra. But--I purchases this as an E-bay shot in the dark. Have a Chantelle Rive Gauche 34H that is too big in the band and cups so took a chance. Band is perfect! Very tight but still comfortable. Cups are slightly too big on the top and in the bottom of the cup. If I jiggle and wiggle my breasts to fit the bottom better I have too much room at the top. The wires dig in at the center gore because they are too long or the cup is too deep.

    Straps are too far apart--fit like a Fantasie Elodie in that they slip easily ... off my narrow shoulders. The cup came up under the arm just about right. By that I mean there was the slightest hint of chafe that would likely not be noticeable when wearing clothes, but the wires came up enough to encase my side boobs. I am 5'3" so this is a big concern.

    Projection is nicely forward, up and nicely shaped. I have a medium/slightly narrow root and am deep/pendulous.

    Update: slight bending of wires and it now fits. Will have to see how the straps do.

    Update Feb 2013: bent wires back to digging into my sternum and wires slide down again. Wires dig into my underarms as well and the bra chafes. Bra squeaks. Love affair over.
