The proper size does a ton for self-esteem and self-image. A couple months ago I'd never even think about wearing a non-pushup, much less a completely unlined bra.

I have shallow breasts and an average to narrow root, and this fits wonderfully. There's a tiny bit of wrinkling on the smaller side, but that's to be expected. Overall it gives a nice rounded appearance under clothes, but my smaller side is a little less rounded. With the seam placement, I'm really not worried about nipple poke-through.

The band is nice and firm, much more so than the Cleo Juna, which I found to be too stretchy for me. The straps are a bit wide-set, but it's not a problem with my body shape. Beware if you have narrow shoulders.

This bra was recommended to me by sooooo many people, I just had to get my hands on one. I've got tall roots and I'm a smidge FOT so of course the Marcie seemed like the best decision. Well.... it fits. Kind of. The band is TTS and measures exactly 28" stretched. I'd prefer a 26 band, but it was snug on the tightest hook. The wire width is good, not too narrow and not uncomfortably wide. The cups, quite frankly, are too short. They fit fine when I am standing in a neutral, relaxed position, but as soon as I move around at all they start quadding a bit. It's nothing major, just a bit annoying. For now, the Marcie is one of my best fitting bras.

This is a pretty great bra. The only thing I don't like about it is the color. It has the right amount of projection, it accommodates my tall roots, and it is broad wired enough for me. The cup separation is good too. The gore height is as tall as I can stand. If it were any taller it would be uncomfortable. I wish I could buy this bra in pink or blue.

Just want to point out that in your size, it may be shallow/wide, but in GG+ range, its a narrow, projected bra. which is weird.

from the pictures, it looks a bit wrinkly actually

I am sized at a 28D/DD. I tried this bra in both a 28D and a 28DD, and the 28D was too small for me. It gives a great round shape for my shallow and conical breasts. It also gathers them together and aims them forward.

The lacy upper section and the seams are slightly visible through thin, tight knits, but this bra gives a great shape and it almost invisible under looser, thicker knits. The wires are very comfortable for me, and the thin fabric doesn't show my nipples but is also breathable and very comfortable.

I would highly recommend this bra as a first-try unlined bra for shallow, conical breasts. I do not have much upper fullness without a bra, but this bra still fits me very well.

A cute bra, I got it pink this time. The band is sturdy and might feel too tight on the loosest hook with the first couple of wears. After that it'll become more loose, I'm currently wearing it on the second hook. It might become too loose for me in the future as I actually may need a 26 band. I've bent the wires at the gore as they stabbed me at the sternum, now it sits flush and feels comfortable.

The cups fit my shallow shape pretty well and give them a more rounded shape. I have tall roots and my breasts start near my collarbone so the cups cut in a little, but it's not a huge issue. The straps unfortunately are too wide for me. I can't wear this bra under a thin shirt as the nipples would show if I'm cold.

    Beautiful, purple Marcie.
The depth is pretty decent, but with most 28DD bras, they only seem to fit one day of the month. And wearing an extender only makes the cups seem more narrow on me.

Ahh! I wonder if this would fit me! Could you let me know when you put the measurements up??

I am on a quest to collect all the Marcies, hahaha. I have the candy pink in 28E, but apparently it runs small in the cups! I

This one was probably formerly mine. It definitely fits a fair amount smaller than 28E.

    • Pink runs small in the band and cups. I'll measure it right now. :) I kind of feel like I have been trying to collect Marcie Cleo bras too. HAHA

    • But the 28F Pink Marcie still fits me better than the red 30DD. It was too short on the sides.
Ok I have to say this, again, when I measure the band of a bra, I measure from hook to loosest eye. I know that's the way you're supposed to do it because I saw the directions picture. I used to measure from end to end, until I noticed the directions picture and the directions. This is probably why my band measurements are usually smaller than everyone else's band measurements.

    • Marcie cups are really stretchy. They stretch out a lot if the cups are small on you.

    • Depending on how I measure the depth, it was coming out 7.5"-8.0" :O

A pretty, unlined lace bra, which is supposed to suit full-on-top shapes. I'm not 100% sure about this shade of yellow with my skin-tone - I do think it looks lovely and summery when standing in the sun (see one of my photos) but I can't guarantee I'll always be in a position to stand in the sun or even that it will be sunny, so this may not be useful. Marcie colourways range from gorgeous (the rich red/burgundy version) to being rather an acquired taste, and for me this one falls into the latter category.

Fit-wise the cups on the 28DD are too small for me and I'm ... quadboobing out of them. The gore tacks at the top but not the bottom - obviously a cup-size issue, as it tacks fully in the 28E - and the cups are a little too wide for me, but wearable. The band is quite tight, although the cups being too small no doubt makes it feel tighter than it otherwise would. The gore is high and poky, a typical Cleo feature from what I understand.

I ended up returning this bra and getting the 28E instead, and while the depth and volume of the cups were much better, the wires were far too wide. Ideally I would need the volume of a 28E combined with the wires of the 28DD. This is a little frustrating because I really do like unlined Cleos rather a lot - they're a ton better on me than unlined Freyas and actually give me a decent shape, something I didn't think was possible in an unlined bra. I'm going to continue to persist with them, painful wires notwithstanding, as I don't know of a better unlined alternative right now (though I find the Lily a slightly better fit than the Marcie due to the wires being a bit narrower).

I really like this bra, especially the purple color! It's too small in the cup for me though, but not by too much. I would seriously love this in a 28E

I just got this bra in aquamarine. The band is tight. I can get it on, but I will definitely be wearing it with an extender for a little while. I've heard that the band gets pretty stretchy, so I don't think that I would want to size up. The wires at the gore start digging into my chest toward the end of the day. I'll have to try bending them out a little, but that should be a fairly easy fix.

I really like this bra. I love the color and the look of it - it's very cute and youthful. I also like the round shape ... it gives me. I never thought I would be able to wear an unlined bra because of my conical breasts, but this one works for me! It makes me feel good about my boobs - exactly what a bra should do. I would consider getting another one in a different color.

EDIT: Boobs have grown. The lace has enough give to accommodate this, but the rest of the cup does not. So now I'm getting quadboob where the lace meets the cup.

The best bra I've found so far for my shallow and somewhat FOT boobs. It does run pretty small for a 28 and especially after I took in the gore a bit. It's slightly wide for me in the gore so I needed to take 1/2 inch or so out. However, after wearing it all day, it does seem to pinch in the wires a smidge, so it might not be perfect. Damn close though!
