This was the second bra in a 2-bra grab bag. I had requested this style because it had almost worked for me in the past in another size/color. I didn't expect to like this bra because the pattern is so far from what I'm usually drawn to, but somehow it managed to charm me. The pink, while prominent, is balanced very nicely by the black, light blue, white and grey. From a distance, the pattern is almost floral, although up close it is strikingly geometric.
In this size the bra is quite comfortable, with none of the poking wires and painful straps that had so ... plagued me when I tried this style previously in the wrong size. I get no spillage out of the top or sides, the straps stay put but don't dig in, and the band is nice and firm. The shape is very round from every direction and I feel very supported all around. The center gore comes up quite high on my chest, higher than I am used to, so that may be a problem for some people. Fortunately, the center gore is very narrow towards the top, so even my close-set boobs aren't too bothered.
One thing that may bother/bewilder some people is that when I tried this style previously in a too-large band and too-small cups, the lace along the tops of the cups lay flat against my breasts, while in the correct size, the lace sticks out. Strange, but true. Fortunately, it's a simple fix if you're handy with a needle & thread. And if not, the lace is not visible under heavier fabric (such as t-shirt jersey) and the bra is way too colorful to be worn under anything thinner!
EDIT: After wearing this bra for a few hours, I think that a 32GG would be a better fit for me. This bra runs very true to size, so on my 32 inch ribcage it's a bit too loose and I have to adjust every few hours. Other than that, I pronounce this bra a marvelous success!
