Well that's it, the quest is over. I found The One.

My breasts are lifted, supported, nicely shaped. The wires aren't digging in painfully anywhere. The seams in the cups are low profile, making the bra nearly invisible under clothing. The cup padding is thick enough to hide nipples, but doesn't feel too heavy. The cups are rather closed, but they work for my centre-full, full-on-bottom breasts. I'm not scared to bend over and fall out. The workmanship looks good, and it doesn't look like an old lady bra. The bow details and lace trim make the bra pretty, in a discreet sort of way.

The database says that this bra doesn't fit me but I kinda object. Yes, the band is a little too tight for comfort WITHOUT an extender, and that might ease off within the first few wears and washes... And sure enough, the gore doesn't tack 100% but it's just off by like 5 millimetres. I feel supported in this and the straps aren't terribly wide-set, which is really saying something since I have ridiculously narrow shoulders and every bra so far has tried to saw my arms off. I could do with the straps being placed like 2 cm closer to the neck but that's just a minor ... thing because I really can't say I'm bothered by it.

I asked Comexim to custom-make this for me so the band would have 3 hooks instead of 2. I'm quite pleased with it.

Update 18 april 2014: I have concluded that the cups are about one cup size too small for me, but it's not the worst kind of "too small cups". I don't have double boob and it's not like I can't fit all of my tissue inside the cups, it's just that the nature of this bra allows my breast tissue to escape down the middle and stack "on top". This means that I am not getting the most supportive fit out of this (very supportive still!) and I also get a lot more cleavage than I would in a bigger cup size. I will be keeping this bra because I can deal and it's not the end of the world.

I ordered this with the straps moved in 2cm and the cups reduced 2cm, I didn't get the gore lowered on this which gives it kind of subtle balconette look which was unintentional, but it works. This bra fits really well, but the band is fairly tight which is odd because I had a 60H Basic and the band wasn't as tight as this although it was used so I'm hopeful this will stretch a bit with time. I do get a slight bit of gaping near the gore, but this seems to be typical for me in any Comexim that is a better fit and ... not on the verge of quadding, but the gaping is extremely minimal and not a fit issue at all.

I did place another Comexim order and decided to get another basic and I'm going to try it with the same alterations but a lowered gore as well. When I did this in the Elena plunge it wasn't the best fit, but I think the Comexims that don't have some sort of trim on top are too open for me anyhow and may need a lot more alteration to work well.

Update: After handwashing it the fabric is less wrinkly.

Best fitting bra so far! A tiny bit of quadboobing, but it doesn't show under shirts, and I've heard Basic is prone to this because it runs a bit small in the cups.

I really like the set of the straps, and the wires are the perfect width. I guess I must be narrow after all.

The gore could be lower. Maybe next time I will order from Comexim directly and ask for a lowered gore.

The stitching shows through smooth, tight tops. It looks like I have a dent across my boob.

I have a problem with the placement of the cups. I think they are too close together (?)
It seems that the underwires meet. I don't think I asked for them to be this way.

I have 2 Basics, the first Basic I got with straps moved in, reduced cup height, and 3 hooks. This Basic has straps moved in, reduced cups, and reduced gore, both fit very well. I get a better tack with the lower gore, but the standard gore doesn't present any real issues, it just has a softer tack.

Very nice constructed bra. The fit is bad for me though because the tops of the cups are not close to being filled. I can't tell if it is too projected, too big in the cup, or both. I am going to try to find a better fit because it seems like a very nice bra and I love the wire width.

This was my very first foray into Comexim.

I was first attracted to Comexim by seeing some people on /r/abrathatfits sporting the Green Velvet design, then by hearing about their narrow wires. I was pretty wary about buying straight from Poland initially, so I ordered the Basic through Wellfitting, arguing that I needed a new black T-shirt bra.

It arrived and I was thrilled. Sure, the top cut into my breasts, but other than that it seemed to fit okay, and I'd heard it ran a half-cup-size small anyway, and that the other plunges were more open on top. I quickly ordered some more 65Hs (Ingrid and Georgia) from Comexim, ... only to later realize that the size, 65H, was what was really wrong.

The gore isn't crazy low but decently low, and wonderfully narrow, great for someone with close-set breasts like me. The cups are made of a sturdy black fabric. It looks very functional and sophisticated, eschewing fancy touches for practicality, an every-day bra that keeps a bow on the gore but other than that is strictly, though attractively, functional.

Yes, the top of this bra isn't very FOT-friendly, as it cuts in pretty quickly. But other than that, this bra is so comfortable. I wish I had it in a size or two larger. The best part about it? The wires are narrow, and the straps--oh God, the straps. My biggest bra problem is straps cutting in. None of my Comexim straps, even in this too-small size, cut into my armpits at all. It's beautiful.
