I usually take a size 30ff so I went with 65HH with reduced gore. Cups fit perfectly and the gore is narrow enough not to bother me. I wish it was a little shorter and the cups were less coverage but when you have short roots everything is full coverage. The seams do show when wearing a t-shirt but not enough to be too noticeable. The band is almost to tight to latch but I measure 29in and was able to make it work without an extender. I noticed that the gore wrinkles, not sure why.

Lovely! Is this the one from Wellfitting?

"...when you have short roots everything is full coverage..."

Yep! Another characteristic that makes almost all bras seem full coverage? Being petite with more legs than torso.

      learningaboutbras

Definitely agree on more legs than torso leaving not much space to prevent bras from looking full coverage. Even the so-called plunges I have from Natori are like that, though at least they let me wear v-necks as long as they're not major ones but that's so I don't look like a sex kitten at work really...Something about having "cups overflowing" and deep v-necks makes people quit looking me in the eye...:P

    • I order directly from comexim. I'm 5ft 7in with a long torso so not really sure why my roots act like the short.

    • 1

the wrinkle at the gore has to do with the way the bra is sewn. it's not a fit problem :) although it might go away with an extender.

I think the reason this is more full-coverage on you than it is meant to be is that you could
actually stand to go down a cup. If you try it on with an extender (because it is a little tight, correct?) you'll see what I mean. Your boobs look a little lost in there :) This looks great and you might want to go with 70G for your next comexim.

violet knight I'm the same height as you and have a long torso. I'm immediately projected, but otherwise am very shallow. So for the most part my roots act short even though they aren't (I do get fit problems from having tall roots, etc since shallow tissue is more than none). I feel your pain! I have a commexim bra that wrinkles when you hold it up and don't stretch it...I think it's just how a lot of their bras are.

    • yes it's weird. I am still learning. So I am technically full on top and have tall roots but functionally full on bottom. It hard to find perfect fits

    • melifish , that is a very interesting insight. violetknight , I'll be very interested to see what kind of effect you get if you do go down in the cup, either in this Comexim or another. I'm still trying to make Comexim bras work for me.

valentine556 , overflowing cups and deep v-necks will indeed distract even hetero women and non-boob guys!

This would make a lovely t-shirt bra. Unfortunately I over estimated my cup size, so my boobs are swimming in these cups. The 65 band is way more snug than the 65 bands I wear in EM S-style bras. When I order again, I'll get a 70 band. I think the cups are much taller than the S style as well, though that may be due to them being too big for me. The wire height was perfect for me. I like that the gore is higher and the wires aren't practically in my armpits. I'll definitely try to get my correct size in this bra.

Gives really good lift and shape. Band was pretty snug when I was a 30 band but after going down a band size due to weight loss it's now a little too loose so the cups aren't fitting as well. Will definitely be reordering this bra in a 28 band.

This is a gorgeous bra. I really love it for a number of reasons, most of which have to do with the cup construction. I got this used from another bratabase user, and I was surprised at the light weight fabric and wires; it barely weighs anything. Initially I thought it would be a boob hat (doesn't lift, just sits on your tits), but I couldn't have been more wrong.

This, and every other comexim bra I have are like mithril brassieres, or "bra-sithril" as I call it. I really love the shape and lift of this thing. The shape it gives is SO ROUND. It's unusual in ... my experience to have a seamed foam cup give this kind of shape. The wires on this were a great height on my 6'0 tall frame, and did I nice job enclosing without pinching.

I also love that there are actually 3 hooks. It makes such a huge difference in the feel of the band. I do wish the band was a bit longer, but I prefer a slightly looser fit. My only complaint is the tension on the thread. There is a bit of cut in across the horizontal cup seams because the stitching has less give than the foam. Oddly enough there is a smooth line across the top of the cup, but in the middle theres a little I cut.

Great fit. I love the simplicity and versatility of the "basic" look, it goes with everything and disappears nicely under white shirts.

Cups: OMG, perfect for my narrow, projected breasts (for size reference, I'm typically 30F in UK, or 65FF in Ewa Michalak). I'm also soft-tissued and close-set, so the narrow, tall gore is great, too. The cups are tall enough that they enclose my tissue and don't give me quad-boob. Just a nice, rounded shape.

Band: Very firm. I had some painful red marks at the end of the day. Same result with an extender, which makes me think it's not too small, exactly, just rubs me the ... wrong way (literally). Still, even with that, it's one of my best bras.

Construction: 1 vertical and 1 horizontal seam. Very lightly foam padded. 3 hooks!

Materials: 74% polyamide, 20% polyester, 6% elastane. The interior cup fabric is more matte/soft than the shiny exterior fabric. The only change I would make to this bra is a cotton interior. I tend to get sweaty and itchy by the end of the day.

T-shirty friendly: Yes! The cup is mostly smooth with some subtle top lace.

UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER: The band never stretched out! This is still digging in, even with the extender. It's not worth it anymore.

    Didn't fit

This was my first Comexim order, and unfortunately it doesn't fit right. The bra is great other than the size, though, so I am exchanging! I love the cup materials - they get the girls up and shapely, but also somehow let them show their natural shape a bit. It's hard to describe - the cup is molded but not rigid - it takes the shape of its contents (for instance, I stuffed a sock under each breast to see how it would fit if I went down a cup size, and I could very clearly see the sock outlines). It's lined with cotton (yay comfy!), does not ... show through thin shirts on me, and straps (while too stretchy and perhaps a touch too wide for my liking) do not dig in at all. There is EXCELLENT armpit clearance (angels sang, I swear).

Back to the size problems: It's too big in the cups. I was estimating using others' reviews, based on the fact that I wear a 30F Panache Envy (stretch lace is an unpredictable metric), 30FF molded Panache (mediocre fit), 30G Deco (I hate the deco, though), and have a 29" ribcage. The band on this is also tighter than I expected (can't breathe normally); it fit better with 2 hooks on an extender. Thus, I am re-ordering in 70G because I need a bit more breathing room in the cage and less cups. Here's hoping!

First of all, I LOVE the band on this bra. It's wide and has a three-hook closure and reminds me of my Tease Me band (only it doesn't run quite as large). The wires are very narrow, a couple centimeters too narrow for me, but they are much better than most UK brands that are too wide. The cups are a great depth as well. My only gripe would be how high the cups come up at the sides, especially near the straps. It does rub in that area and makes the bra difficult to wear under anything but narrow plunges or higher-cut ... tops. It isn't super uncomfortable so I still wear it, just not ideal. The straps aren't technically fully adjustable, but the adjusters can be forced over the lace part easily, which I have to do to make the extra material lay flat. In this particular bra, I've been advised that a better fit might be a 65J with reduced cup material to get better width and enough depth while getting rid of any excess near the straps.

This bra is beautiful and well made - lovely attention to detail especially for a nude bra like this one! Unfortunately it is now too small for me, though it fit when I got it nine months ago. The wires are very narrow and the cups low under the arms, which was novel to me when I first tried it - and wonderful. I found it gave a lovely uplifted shape, great cleavage, and despite the great cleavage, it worked as a "t-shirt bra" because the cups are so close together, my boobs helped each other stay in place and not quadboob. Overall a great bra.
