Yet to work a full shift in this, but so far I am very pleased with the size and comfort! Accounting for my ~2-3 cup sizes of asymmetry, I'm probably currently closer to a 30:12 (30HH) reference size going off of the larger side, so accounting for the relative shallowness of the 3HC vs. the padded plunge, I ordered a 65M which was a custom size in this model. I also had gores overlapped, and cookie pockets added. This seems to be a winning combo for sizing! Previously my first venture with Comexim custom was a 65K Cats 3HC which was decidedly too small in the ... cups. The band on this Beauty is quite stretchy too—no need to size up to a 70!
The way the cup is scaled overall is a bit tall for my tastes though; I'm a tall person, with fairly tall roots, but the cups are threatening very close to my armpits. The straps are also a bit too wide, but I also have broad shoulders so I think for me this is fine, but if you overall have a smaller frame I think you'd perhaps do best bringing them in.
This also isn't really a half-cup aesthetically or functionally in this size, it's more of a 3/4 cup.
The gore soft tacks onto the bridge of tissue connecting both my breasts, which I can feel but so far isn't particularly uncomfortable at all, but might be an issue in 12+ hour wear in the future.
I think considering that I am quite projected, have this extreme close-set-ed'ness to contend with and am quite center full, and as a result have been living in EM PLs for the past few years *(before getting sized out without ordering custom, which is an expense I can't fully justify right now being in the US, sigh)*, I reckon a padded plunge with a lowered gore is the best move for daily bras, but am unsure about sizing (maybe 65L?) and what other alterations to possibly get to avoid the scaling issues I've had in this bra.
Which, to be clear, I do like a whole lot so far! If you don't have all the same insane fit particulars I do, this might be your miracle. It is not mine, but it looks really great and feels pretty darn good. Now to figure out my daily driver ...

Just a note: some US stores that already sell Ewa Michalak bras (I noticed you said you were in the US) can order Ewa Michalak bras for you. That way you don't have to pay the Ewa Michalak shipping fee. since they're just shipping with the store's bulk order. (to order custom sizes from EM, the bra is only 20 pln more) If might take 6-12 weeks to get your order though, it depends on when the store needs to order more Ewa Michalak bras. I know that both Levana bratique (Wexford, PA) and Aphrodite's Closet (San Antonio, TX) have done this for clients.
It's a mixed bag b/c I.M.E. buying directly from Ewa Michalak was so fast & convenient: they made bras on a Monday, and I had them in my hand by Friday (IIRC, I even could've gone on Thursday to pick them up from the shipping place but I didn't have time ). So, super convenient to order EM bras directly, but you pay for that convenience!
I've been living in Comexim padded bras lately, but I'm kind of in between sizes. If you want to look at the alterations list, there's some info on r/Polishbras, here is the Comexim button. https://www.reddit.com/r/PolishBras/wiki/brands/comexim/
