This bra is very comfy, it definitely runs larger than the Comexim padded bras. So if you fit a 65J in say, Nadin, than I would get a 65HH in Mariposa or similar soft bra. That being said, next time I order a soft bra from Comexim, I will ask for the gore slightly raised and the cups lowered. Because I have really soft tissue and fob breasts, I tend to spill towards the center and get slight (not noticeable in clothes) quadboob towards the middle/inner cup, and slight wrinkling in the top of cup near the straps because I lack upper fullness. Otherwise, it is a fantastic fit! It is also very affordable and beautiful! In the pictures I've loaded, you can see that I converted it into a nursing bra, and it functions wonderfully. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
I've been wondering what it means precisely to have the cups lowered, and what the fit effect of that is. Can you help me understand?
Having the cups lowered means that there is less fabric where the cup and straps connect, so the cup is "shorter."
I am so confused - Anna at Comexim just told me that lowering the cups on a soft bra is not a thing that can be done. There may have been some confusion due to language though.
Oh, well it's entirely possible Comexim doesn't do it on soft cups, I've never asked explicitly about that style. I know I had the cups lowered for my Nadin and I assumed you could have them lowered on all styles, but if you asked and she said no than I would assume they do not lower them in soft cup bras.
Ah okay good. Thank you for reducing my confusion :) I wanted to get a soft cup bra from them but I got so confused I went with a padded one.
Their balcony cut is shorter. I hope to order Mariposa in the balcony cut soon. The fabric is so beautiful!!
Oh. My. God... I'd been wondering about Comexim for a while and when I saw this bra, I knew I had to get it. I'm so happy that I did because this is the most beautiful bra I've ever owned. I love it! Even more than that, it fits amazingly well. My measurements put me smack in the middle of the an HH and J cup on their size scale. However, due to monthly fluctuations, I went with the 65J, just to be safe.
In the end, it was right on the mark for me. The fit is just as good as my EM bras. This feels like ...it was made for me and I don't need to adjust myself at all after putting it on. The underwires are very narrow and the cups are deep, which suits my shape. From the front, the shape is very forward-center and from the side, it's a lot of projection. It gives a great amount of lift as well. Very perky.
Band is true to size and the straps are fully adjustable. The seams are very flat and the lace doesn't show under thin tops. Another thing I should say is that the fabric is really soft and comfortable to the touch. I'm very pleased with this purchase and am already planning my next order =) Read more 115 more words
while i was much looking forward to owning another comexim, this is another 30-band bra that fits like a 28 band. so, unfortunately it doesn't fit me on its own. with an extender though, fits me amazingly aside from a slightly floating gore! it gives the girls a nice oomph, too! i'm going to list this for sale unfortunately, because i believe even after stretch it won't fit me without an extender. beautiful bra, though!
This bra is plain, but it feels so comfortable and gives a nice round shape. I do not have the cookies with the bra so I don't know what things would look like with cookies. The band is a tiny bit loose for me and a 60 would probably be better. I have a little quad boob on my bigger side, but the bra is so comfortable, I can look past that.

I bought this bra during Comexim's 2021 Black Friday Sale along with Ardea and Adele.
pertinent info Ribcage: 31 inches Bust: 36 - 37 inches I have asymmetry with my left side being the bigger. FOB. Not entirely sure about roots but I think narrow. Close set.
bra appearance I've been coveting this bra since it first came out which might have been around 2015. It's a cream colored bra with navy lace overlay, navy straps, and navy hook and eye closure. Cream hardware. Cream bows. I'm so jealous of the iterations of Victoria with the C charm at the gore! Nice wide wings. Something that I thought was interesting is that ...the wings for Victoria are a single layer whereas the Ardea and Adele have double layer. Alterations - asked for a 3HC instead of keeping it as a 2HC. This was the correct call.
fit The fit is a little bit off. Nothing too bad that would make this bra unwearable. I unfortunately picked the wrong band size. I should have sized up to a 70 but instead went with a 65. While the 65 fits, it was quite tight on initial wearing. Thankfully it did stretch over time however, I do find it uncomfortable at night so will look into getting an extender. The cups are a good fit, they fully encapsulate the tissue. The wire follows the breast tissue. My one issue with the cups are that there is some gaping for both breasts. Quite a bit on my right side (smaller size) especially toward the middle. And the cup sometimes gets into my armpit which makes it annoying so maybe it's too tall or just too big all around. There is just a hint of gaping on the left side. I did try tightening the straps. It neither fixes the issue and the straps just dig in. The gaping is not too noticeable under shirts so it's fine for now. No wrinkling at the bottom of the cups either which leads me to believe the volume is dare I say - perfect. The gore tacks. Half cups are definitely a good shape fit for me. I also can't tell if I need narrow wires or if Comexim changed their bras. It's been ages since I bought a Comexim bra and most of my knowledge comes from other reviews so it's hard to say.
for the future Bra band - definitely size up unless I lose weight Cups - Not sure how to fix this. I feel like my boobs have most of their weight toward the bottom so everything feels too tall. I could try shorter cups but not sure if that's possible in the half cups. Also, not sure how the band will affect cups since the grading is not quite the same as UK bras. This is one of those times I wished I lived near a bra store so I can get some assistance with figuring out sizing =(

Victoria. Navy blue lace over cream fabric colorway
Beautiful bra with slight padding. Overall soft and stretchy material. The cups are a bit tall for me and the straps are a bit far spaced which results in a bit a wrinkling where they attach to the bra. However, overall a good fit. I may order with customizations directly from Comexim in the future.
Gorgeous and extremely comfortable. Lace is soft and stretchy. I do have some gaping at the top of the cup when slouching or leaning over, but overall a great fit and very supportive.
I still lack a lot of bra knowledge and I haven't figured out why my experiences with Comexim 3hcs are as they are. In Panache/Ewa Michalak I wear 30G and based on the huge quadding I get in Comexim 65J, I should be wearing 65K or even 65L. But my 65K Miss Bee-Have has issues with the wires digging in and riding down, while my two 65Js (as silly as they look on me) are incredibly comfortable. I'm hoping when I figure out the right alterations, I'll be able to order a 65K or 65L that fits!
For the time being, I'm happy to get more 65Js. I swapped ...with Wilderness1 who had ordered it with the following alterations: overlapped gore, straps moved in 1cm, and reduced cup height. I took some pictures of it with my 65J Irish Coffee to show the difference.
As you can see the gore and cups on this Honey Cookie are about 1cm shorter. I couldn't tell a difference between narrowness of the gores, but having a lower gore really helped me. I'm close set and center full, so I benefited from more room in the middle and the gore was surprisingly close to tacking. I can't visually tell a difference with the strap placement, but I can tell it in how the bra fits. Especially with my Miss Bee-Have, the straps are on the very edge of my shoulders, always have to be put back on, and are always loosening themselves somehow. The Honey Cookie straps feel much more secure!
Though it doesn't technically fit, 10/10 comfortable bra and I got to try these alterations! Read more 161 more words

I wanted to wait to review this before I got a full day of wear in.
Today, I wore it all day while at work and I have decided this bra simply doesn't have enough depth at the wire for me. It fits okay and is definitely not a terrible fit. However, by the end of the day, my ribs were a bit uncomfortable because my breasts and the wires had been battling all day. My breasts were constantly trying to push the wires out of my IMF to make more room. Since the band is snug, my breasts were not successful, but they were still trying their ...best to push it down. Despite the fact my Ardea is 2 cup volumes smaller it is wayyyy more comfortable because of how much more depth there is at the wire. My breasts just push up to a cakes on a cake cleavage in that bra, no folding down at the wire. I will probably still wear my Ardea more, simply because it's more comfortable.
On the positive though, this bra does give nice cleavage and it is a true plunge. I've tried on a lot of plunge bras that would still be too high for me to wear a lower neckline with. This one would actually work for lower necklines. I will definitely be keeping it for those occasions. Read more 120 more words
Just a bit too large. The top edge of the cups isn’t filled out the way it’s supposed to be - it’s stretch lace, but it doesn’t need to stretch at all to fit me, instead just sitting flat. There’s some noticeable gaping in certain positions. 65HH would probably be perfect for me right now.
Still, the shape is nice under shirts, and it feels comfortable. And it’s not sliding out of my IMF like the 65K Honey Cookie I swapped it for did. I might keep it.
Edit: after wearing it for longer, the wires are uncomfortable and obviously too wide. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
Bra is too small in the cup and separates my boobs alittle too much. Also used to padded bras so the sheerness was not great since I try to be conservative, but don't have any bras that currently fit.
This is a beautiful bra, and the quality is terrific. I was curious to try 3HC from Comexim after hearing that it was comparable to Ewa Michalak CHP. However, it does not fit me.
The band is VERY tight. Too tight for me. At size 65 it doesn't even stretch to 70cm without causing wire distortion.
The wires are a decent width, but there is not enough depth in the cups and certainly not enough projection at the wire for me. I do not get a tack. Either cups are open at the top or they simply look that way on me because my breasts can't sink down into the cups.
Straps are a good width; cups are a good height. No digging in under my armpits.
It's a beautiful bra...for a 3HC lover who needs a tight band. I am going to list it right away.
Belen is small in the cups compared to their other half cups, so I wouldn't give up on their half cups just yet!
I just don't see the point on taking any more risks...they dont accept returns and I know that CHP works well.
That's true. It's really only "do you like this fabric?" and the price. I've had so many Ewa fails lately that spending $60+ for an unwearable bra is ridiculous. Comexim's prices sting less.
I second @Sovavosi's comment. At least Comexim is less of an expense if it doesn't work.
MamaPagan Only about $10 difference between Comexim and Ewa. I'm about to dive into Krisline and Gorsenia's semi-softs also. They seem to be a good middle ground between soft and full-on padded...but, no good I know if you need a 60 band :(
Ewa charges more for our cup/band combos so unfortunately the price difference for the two of us is closer to $20, more when you factor in Ewa's Paypal usage fee and higher shipping costs. 😖 (The price difference is less when ordering from MagdaBras4you of course! )
We are sized out of Gorsenia (aside from a few larger in the cup models with sister sizing), and KrisLine has yet to release their larger cup models in the 60 bands aside from the white Betty which I already have. (I tried to order several from the catalogs but Magda said they weren't available yet.) If there we doable options from either, I'd would have gobbled them up eagerly just like you!
I sit here in envy of the options and choices you have......😍
MamaPagan did you see the Fall/Winter 2019 KL catalogue? When I saw it, I noticed all the styles with 60 bands and thought about you and smiled. They're planning a lot. At least KL is listening to customers...
In case you and Sovavosi or any of our other teeny ribcage girlies haven't seen it, I loaded pics of what's coming in 60 bands with big cups...
AprilGoulding OMG that's great! Thanks for this..now I just have figure out my KL size..lol
AprilGoulding thank you for that! I’d love to try them. I’m still waiting for them to release their sports bras also.
Frazzleberry I am wearing the same size in EM. Gorsenia and KL...but I am below that threshold where cup sizing seems to go wonky. Maybe Sovavosi and MamaPagan or MagdaBras4you can help you :)
Thank you AprilGoulding. I do have all the catalogs and had asked Magda about several but they were not available for order, and the fall catalog preorder is too risky due to my size changing often. I have ordered way too many bras that would have fit at order but were too big or too small by the time they arrived due to those hormones of mine, so a 4-6 month preorder is not doable.
I am officially on a bra buying hiatus for awhile anyway as we are focused on moving so no more bra orders for me. I have two Magda Ewa orders in transit but then I'm done.
Very pretty bra in an interesting colour combination. Grey eyelash lace over dusky peach/salmon satin.
I would consider it a true plunge, having gore height of 5cm (the other 2 plunges I have from Comexim have 8cm high gores).
It's lovely and it fits, but after just 1 wear I know it won't be worn as often as my Ewa Michalak S cut bras, so I would rather pass it on to a Comexim plunge lover so I will sell it right away.
My shape is low set, short/narrow rooted, soft, and slightly pendulous.
This is a gemma plunge, and I ordered this bra with the following alterations (but I forgot to request the key one I wanted...chp cut!): - lower gore by 1 – 1.5 cm - overlapping gore - straps moved in 1 cm - Pockets inside for asymmetry
Because it came as a plunge, the apex of the cups are too high for my short roots, and it is too big in general.

This bra is very pretty and comfortable. I got it second hand with modifications. I like having the straps moved in. My armpits really appreciate this. The cups still seem tall- I'm not sure they were actually reduced... I'm also not sure if the extra room at the wire was done, but it does have more immediate projection than my other Comexim plunges, so I think it was. I need to wear it on the tightest hooks since it is a 65, but it has 4 rows of 3 hooks, so that is nice. The straps are soft and substantial- very comfy. It feels pretty supportive and gives a nice round shape through clothes. My breasts are short and narrow-rooted, soft, pendulous, bottom and centre full.

* Reduced cup height * Straps moved in 2cm * 3cm deeper cups especially at the bottom of the cups, near the wires
