Very nice, soft yet stable t-shirt quality bra. Cup is 3 part cut & sewn foam with a narrow 3/8" lace strip sewn to the upper hem, outer facing is soft stretchy mesh & inner lining very fine breathable cotton. Underwires overlap at gore, are wonderfully short, gore super narrow & under 2" tall.
Cant tell if this is meant to give a lot of cleavage or not, slight less space in the inner cup, and more along the outer which others may find allows their breasts to be pushed backward into the armpit as it's not very 'side support-y', but happens to work great for my basic nothing flashy support needs (most of the month, when hormonally fluxing nothing comexim works).
This bra is lovely- the pattern is a fun, bright tartan and the quality is great, as I've come to expect from Comexim. The cups are deep and narrow and not too tall and band is pretty TTS (stretches to just under 29"). It fits my smaller breast perfectly so I have slight quadding on my larger side, but if it fits either side, I consider it a fit overall.
Interesting that your Scottie has a lace trim like Patricia.
I got this from Anya99. She ordered direct from Comexim, so maybe she requested a different trim?
Looks like the lace trim comes with an older version Comexim Scottie Plunge Bra (435) while the newer version has dropped the lace but has a more colourful tartan print (i.e. yellow, green, blue) Comexim Scottie (648)
This is the first bra that almost fits me! I feel like I may need some alterations. The straps were just a little too wide and the gore may need overlapped. I’m not sure if the cup size is right for me.
My stars, it's even lovelier in person! Satin mint green under a slightly cool/silvery milk chocolate brown, with the pattern of a floral stained glass. The inside is the usual foam-like soft cotton material, with fully adjustable straps and simple bows of the same beautiful brown on the gore and strap/cup border. Slightly smaller of a 65K than the 2 3HCs I have, but that may be the difference in shape and coverage than anything. It's elegant and an understated stand out aesthetically.
This bra's measurements have been altered
Altered straps,
Overlapping wires, straps moved in, cookie pockets
So another Comexim attempt and fail. I've had this one sitting in the back of my closet for probably two years. I bought it way back when I was a 30K, not realizing it was an EU 65K (*small sob*). I think this is roughly equivalent to a 65FF in terms of measurements and whatnot, which I'd say is fairly accurate. I'd guess it's a cup small yet, but with how soft my tissue is yet, I still doubt that it would fit even if I lost more weight. The cups appear to fit alright, but my tissue just falls right out of the middle/top portion, which is ...about as frustrating as it is annoying. I honestly don't think Comexim is made for soft tissue in the slightest, but maybe I'll change my tune if my breasts shrink some more. Who knows? Right now, it's once again, a fit fail. The plus side is that the materials, namely the band, are super soft against my ribs, which is kind of a breath of fresh air. I must say that my Ava bra is quite uncomfortable in that aspect. I love this bra. If it was just a little bit smaller, I’d nab it from you.
Calluna I've always loved Brigitte. I just wish it fit a little better haha. :)
Sorry it didn’t fit. :( If you list it, I’d be interested in it for sure. Might have to do a few alterations since the plunges are always too tall for me, but this bra has been one of my favorites for a long time.
Sheena I'll totally let you know :) it's quite beautiful.
Oh, I'm so sorry it's the wrong cut and size for you, DerangedDragons19 ! :-(
learningaboutbras oh that's okay. It's nice getting to learn about the different types of brands and how they fit :)
I don't usually like padded or molded cup bras because I don't like to feel like I'm wearing boob armor. But I love this bra! The cups are lightweight and flexible.
It's probably about a cup size too big for me right now (I think I'm ~30FF, maybe 30G, in UK sizing), but surprisingly the cups seem to mold to me and are not prone to gapping. It accommodates my size fluctuations from nursing as well. I bought this in person (4 Real Intimate Apparel in Las Vegas) and the lady there said that the comexim bands seem to run snug, but I don't find this one particularly snug. Sometimes I size up to 32 bands for comfort, but I wouldn't with this bra. There's also tons of lift and a nice centered and projected shape. Coverage is pretty full. I have narrow roots, center fullness, and soft tissue, and this is a fantastic bra for me.
I’m in a similarish size range and was trying to get the specs on a bra I found elsewhere and saw this, and I believe this is an old post but I think this is a padded plunge not a 3hc or 2HC padded half cup. ^ The plunges end up being too tall in the cups for myself when I size up appropriately but I’m hoping to get another bigger 3HC half cup soon
This 3HC arrived .5" more narrow than the 65K 3HC Eris I ordered simultaneously. Neither bra had enough immediate depth for me. However, I was able to narrow the Eris wires to accommodate my need for immediate depth. There is not enough "extra" wire width in this 65K 3HC Geisha to create the depth. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":-(" /> Sigh. It pushes out of my IMF quickly because my larger breast doesn't fit near the wire. If you require a more narrow wire, it is .5" more narrow than Eris. Great news for those who need the most narrow wires. Sadly, I need more width.
This is my fourth spectacularly beautiful Geisha. However, I will try Gina next. Thanks Anya99 for the recommendation https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />
This was a surprise https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> I ordered a 65K 3HC because I require shorter cups than Comexim plunges typically provide. However, Comexim sent the plunge instead. This plunge arrived with overlapping gore, cookie pockets, cup height reduced 1cm, reduced gore height, and straps moved inward.
This is the third size in Geisha plunge I have worn, but the first Geisha plunge with a reduced gore. The reduced gore dramatically improved the fit for my very short breasts. In the 65K Eris plunge, I could land a Boeing 747 airplane in the top of the cup. In this 65K Geisha plunge, I can ...park a little Volkswagen Beetle. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> The 65K Eris plunge required I remove the transverse section across the top of each cup. Conversely, the reduced gore height and 1cm reduced cup height improved the fit of 65K Geisha enough I would not need to alter it.
The cup width of this 65K Geisha is .1" smaller than 65K Eris because the intended owner ordered this with a narrower wire. This causes two fit issues for me: my tissue is forced into the gore and compressed. Ouch. If this were slighly wider with the same depth, I would contentedly wear it. If I bent the wires a bit wider, it would shallow the cup. I didn't have enough immediate projection to "share" with the cup width. 65K Eris is 100% comfortable, but 65K Geisha is not comfortable because of its slightly narrower cup. I hope this narrower wire is perfect for its intended owner https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" />
I'm thankful for this order fulfillment error. I had previously decided I could not wear Comexim plunges. But, ordering reduced gore height and reduced cup height may create the "perfect plunge" for my short, projected breasts. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" /> Read more 214 more words
I also tried this bra on courtesy of DressTheTwins . Overall if fit very similarly to the 65K - Comexim » Geisha Half Cup , in that the cup width, height, straps, and wings were great but the cups were too small on me. Pre scoop and swoop this bra *almost* fits perfect, and I love how it looks under shirts--smooth and round profile from front and sides, neither pushed too far forward or too far to the sides--perfect! I also loves that the Eris fabric was smooth and flexible, and for some reason the entire cup seemed to be more flexible and mold to my breasts more than other Comexim bras I've tried.
I tried this bra on courtesy of DressTheTwins to further explore my Comexim fit. Aside from being a cup size small on me, it was perfect. I don't mean that as ironically as it sounds--the shape, wing height, strap placement, cup width were all great, I just need the cups to be bigger. The band was surprisingly firm for a 65, and felt similar to other Comexims in a 60 band I've tried.
Sigh. This seems like it should have been the right size, and maybe it would be, in theory. It was so not! The band was fine, but the entire rest of the bra seemed...shrunken on me. The wings were too low, the wires were not wide enough, the cups were not high enough. I had 1/3 of my breasts outside the cups. Alas! It's a gorgeous bra with a subtle pattern and a deep, lovely plum base. It creates a lovely round shape and, theoretically, gorgeous plunging cleavage. But not for me...sadly.
I exchanged the 65J for this, and I'm glad I did! No more quadboob, but the wires still feel like they encase my breasts well. I might be imagining it, but it seems like the straps are a little wider than the 65J? But otherwise, I'm pretty excited, because it seems to me like a good fit. I think in an ideal world the band would be a smidge longer, but I anticipate that it will stretch out, and I can fit two fingers in as it is. I'll try to update this review once I've given it more than a ten minute wear, but so far I ...feel optimistic! ETA: Okay, I've warn this for several days now, and I'm still pleased. I don't notice the band at all once I'm actually just wearing it, and not hyper-focused on bra fit. I love that the wires seem to actually go around my breasts, instead of too wide and too low like my other bras. I think it's really pretty - a good basic beige t-shirt bra, but I love the little decorative bits like the lace edging. In an ideal world, I think the straps would be a little closer together, but they don't slip off my shoulders as much as my other ones. Basically, I feel really good about this bra. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Read more 122 more words
Note: though this doesn't alter the measurements of the bra in any way tracked by bratabase, this bra does have reduced cups, or, in other words, it was ordered with lower cup height near the straps. Otherwise the cups on comexim bras are too tall for me-- and how much do I love that you can customize the bra when you order?!
Another beautiful bra from Comexim. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
I loved that it was a moon-surface print bra, and knew that I'd regret it if I didn't buy it (probably a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity), and absolutely no regets. You get a very good feel for ...the appearance of this bra from the Comexim pictures, once again. The color is right on, so is the styling. The only thing difficult to see in their pictures is the central gore bow-- as always, Comexim bras have different styles of bow from one to another-- this bow has a medium-to-dark, neutral gray ribbon, straight across, with double loops on either side. Hard to describe, but I included a picture, too-- it's simple and elegant. This bra is well constructed, and the pattern is very cool, in shades of gray that mimic the patterns seen on the surface of the moon. The lace at the top of the cups is scalloped and floral in theme.. The straps are white, slightly less wide than the straps on the Nadin, and comfortableThe moon print is continued on the outside band, and the insides of the cups and band are lined with white fabric.
The wires of the cups, as with all Comexim bras are narrow, with a narrow center gore-- this works very well for me, as my breasts are deep and I have a pretty small frame. The shape of the bra works with center-full breasts-- but definitely expect a lot of cleavage if you have deep breasts with a narrow gore-- this bra looks amazing on (IMO) and is a definite mood boost, but it brings all that you have front and center. Despite the potential for cleavage, it can be worn with a v-neck without cleavage with strategic positioning if the v-neck isn't too deep-- I still can have a gap in between my breasts (compared to the Deco, where the cup shape doesn't hold my (soft) breasts inside the cup, so my breasts spill toward the center and leave no room in between), which makes it easier to wear this bra in a work appropriate fashion.
Sizing: 65K (with reduced cups) would fit well on a 28HH or a 30H in my opinion. The band is slightly tight (29.5 inches), but nearly true-to-size-- I can wear it without an extender, but it feels uncomfortably tight after a few hours so I will wear it with one for now. I need to update my measurements in bratabase, but I'm not going to do so now. As of this review, I'm about a 30H-- I think my breasts might shrink back to my previous size, though (I hope!); this bra will be a bit large but still wearable (with tighter straps/ less cleavage), especially during times when my breasts are more full due to my cycle. My current best fitting bras are: this one; Cleo Lily in 32G; Panache Sport in 30GG; Freya Hello Dolly in 30H.

Fit is similar to De Nuit, however tags or hook & eye set does not itch/poke. Very good for generally full, FOB and inner full shapes. Geisha is a super soft and durable workhorse, however delicate looking it may be.
I typically struggle with cups binding in all over, cutting into tall roots and creasing badly in the lower cup, which isn't happening in this brand and especially not this particular style.
Ah if only I'd ordered two sizes. I love the look of this bra and the feel. Other than the cups being too big it's very comfortable.
I got fit advice here on bratabase and was told that a 65h or HH should be a good starting place. I ordered from Breakout Bras and they only had the bras in UK sizes. Math and I aren't friends and I got quite confused. They told me the 30G was a 65HH. But that I should size up if I'm full on top. So I did. Their sizes went from 30G to 30H. 30H is much too big. This is the 30H. I am for sure going to order a size down or two.
Snek! The material feels similar to a swimsuit, but a comfortable one. Narrow and deep, as Comexim 3HC half cups are. A simple coral pink bow on the gore and coral lace trip on the upper edge of the cups with matching straps. Usually looks smooth under my tops, and I love the different snake skin patterns behind mostly pink, yellow and deep ice blue hues. Fully adjustable straps.
A beautiful bra. It is very comfortable, despite the fit not being quite right. The fabric and straps are soft and comfortable. The wires aren't painfully hard. My one complaint is the edges of the nursing clips dig into me sometimes and cause irritation as they stick out a little from the straps.
Interesting that your Scottie has a lace trim like Patricia.
