I wanted to see how comfortable the bra was as a daily-wear bra, and so I wore it on a day that I wound up getting pretty sweaty. And whatever I did to it caused the coating to leave in the places you can see in one of my pictures.
That said, it was more comfortable as a daily bra than I was expecting. I was expecting more like the Scantilly by Curvy Kate Buckle Up bra, where the coating meant that it felt like wearing a shell, if worn for extended periods of time.
This is a fine daily bra, changes to the coating aside. And I do think I was rather rougher on this bra than people might normally be. And I still like the look of it, due to liking shiny silver things, and there's only so many space bras out there.
Okay can we talk about how much I want this bra to fit?
I love the wires. This is the only bra I've tried that doesn't stab me in the armpit when I move my arms. It looks nice if I stand up straight with my shoulders back. The band is comfortable. The straps are comfortable. It's pretty cute.
Unfortunately as soon as I move my arm or slouch at all there's huge gapping in the cups, which is the exact same problem I've had with every other 38D bra and most of the 38C bras I've tried, so it's not staying. There's absolutely no way I could wear it.
Notably, ...it seems smaller in both the cup and the band than the Thrill Me I got in the same size. The wires are narrower and the cups are shallower. The band is also significantly shorter and less stretchy. If this weren't the case I'd try going down to a 36D. I'm pretty sure I'd fit in the 36 band in Thrill Me. Tempt Me just doesn't stretch enough, though, so it looks like it's just not the style for me. Read more 81 more words
