This is one of the few bras I have ever tried that my boobs don't push down my chest over the course of the day! It's nice to have so much projection at the wire without the entire cup getting bigger. I don't have a lot of volume on top and frequently have gapping at the top, but the Bardot is pretty smooth along the upper edge, and the embroidery there is incredibly beautiful.
The fabric is surprisingly stiff, given how sheer it is, but that's okay, since it wouldn't be very supportive if it was softer, and I need it stiff to ... push my splayed breasts in a bit. Since it's so sheer, though, I can really see where the cup isn't against my breast around the bottom of the gore. I can live with that, since it doesn't actually hurt.
My biggest problem is that the apex is pretty high for me. My tissue is soft enough that I can rearrange myself and aim my nipples up into the apex of the bra, but then I get wrinkling along the seams. If I just aim straight ahead, the top of the cup collapses just a bit along the horizontal seam. This isn't a deal-breaker for me, but it does make me shake my head.
The wires seem pretty narrow to me, but I'm still trying to figure out how narrow something needs to be to be considered narrow.
