The Tease Me is a wonderful bra to look at, and for someone with bottom heavy boobs where fuller cups tend to wrinkle at the top a dream as it pushes the breast up a bit, filling the bottom and then lets whatever is left of breast tissue mound on top. A really flattering bra, simply, since it gives the illusion of rounder breasts.
The materials are soft and comfortable, but it should be said that the padding is rather thick (sadly) and that because the lace goes all the way out the where the wings start said lace sadly rubs against the fold between arm and breast. It ... would have been better if the lace had ended right at the side seam, giving way to the soft, blue elastic.
A lot of people choose to go a band size down in this bra, and a cup size up. I measure a little larger than 30 inches, with very little padding to provide a barrier, and I think it would have been agony going down to a band 30 in this. I suppose I could have gotten away with it, with a bra extender while breaking it in, but really I wouldn't recommend it unless you have some give to soften the firm hug this gives your rib cage, because even though the band is very stretchy it hugs you tight and stays in place.
When it comes to cup size, I think the reason many people recommend going up is not so much that the cup size is off as the fact that the cup is designed to give another look/feel. It is a rather shallow cup in the bottom, forcing breast tissue up and because it is a low cut design if you have top heavy breasts there is a tendency to overflow the top. Not because the cup size is off, but because the design and lift is different. So, if you have top heavy breasts do size up, but if you are bottom heavy be happy because you might just have a bra on hand that you can actually fill in your cup size.
Overall, a beautiful addition to any wardrobe.
Oh, and as for fitting under clothes I think the biggest problem is the side bows! The lace lays surprisingly flat, and is almost not visible underneath my blouses and dresses at all, but then I favour soft drapes for my hourglass form, rather than clingy ones.
