I saw this sports bra for $120 cad in a Canadian bra boutique, and I realized that I could buy it on Dalia.pl for less money, so I did (they ship to N. America now! I'm not sure when that started b/c I checked last summer, and they didn't ship to N. America at that time). I've had a real struggle finding a sports bra that fits, I did have a good one, but then I kind of out grew it, so I needed to find a new one in my current bra size. Because Polish regular bras work for me, I thought: I will just try a ... Polish sports bra because of my narrow and projected shape.
1) Sizing: I think the sizing on this bra is similar to the Panache wired sports bra where if one is FOB, they should size down 1 cup. I did this and ordered 70J, and it's the right size (as far as I can tell). Technically, because I measure 32GG UK/70K EU, I'm ordering one cup size smaller. Initially, the band was really tight, but it got a lot better after a few wears.
2) Quality: I would say, almost as good an Panache wired sports bra, but for whatever reason Dalia uses a different edge fabric to line the arms, and that fabric is kind of rough on my sensitive skin, I'm not sure if it will soften up with washing though - I'll keep u posted. I compared it to Panache, and the edge fabric Panache uses is softer. For that reason, I could only wear this bra for 3-4 hours max, e.g., I couldn't wear it hiking, but it definitely works as a high-impact bra. I tried to jump around as much as I could indoors (I can't go running outside, because it's like -20C in Canada a.t.m.) and I couldn't really get my boobs to move, so it functions as high-impact for me, in this size.
3) Function: as above, I do think it works as a high-impact bra. Comparing the underwires of the Panache wired sports bra, in 28FF, to Dalia's sport bra in 70J, the cup width is about the same! So that is my issue with the Panache wired sports bra; the wires start to go very wide on the side, and that's not where my breast tissue is!
Another difference between the two (Panache wired and Dalia) is that the shoulder straps are a bit wider on the Dalia sports bra actually (I was surprised!), and I can only wear it comfortably to work out in as a racerback. So, for the time being, this bra works well for me. I can't wait to try it out RUNNING when the weather gets better!
A note on shipping: I noticed that they had written my address *the Polish way* (it's my understanding), like street first and then house number, instead of the way that we write in N. America, which is house number first and then street. So, I did email the office before it got shipped and told her - there's two different ways to write my address... They did end up writing the address like twice (kind of), but the package did still get to me, it was a little repetitive.
This was what the address on the box looked like on the box, if my address was the following: 123 Main St., #4, San Diego, CA 90001 U.S.A.
They wrote:

It still got to me. I'm not sure if I really needed to email them.
