I was really hoping that this would fit because it's gorgeous but it doesn't. Got it at bloomingdale's (online) on sale with store credit. Had never tried any of her stuff on before and thought it might be worth a shot considering that some companies seem to list 32 as the correct band size for a 27-28 in underbust (mine is 27.5) but it's a bit to big, by which I mean it fits on the tightest hook new and I now know that's not a good thing. That said, I would totally keep it anyway if there weren't other fit issues.
While I fill out ... the cup fine on both sides, there is wrinkling in the mesh (which is not stretchy as I was hoping it would be) above my smaller right breast. Considering that this isn't the kind of bra that you could wear under thin, tight shirts anyhow (the seam of the mesh on the cup and lace are visible through a shirt like this), it isn't the end of the world. The real problem is the cup width. Cuts into my tissue on the outer side of both breasts. As a rather unhelpful woman at a shmancy lingerie store once said to me, "but it looks fine". Well it doesn't feel fine. It's uncomfortable, regardless of the fact that I don't have enough tissue in general for this to be obvious to an onlooker. And while it might look ok topless, under a shirt it makes me look like my breasts are in the middle of my chest. As someone with a thin, wide frame, this is a constant issue. It's gotten rather frustrating.
